本实用新型涉及一种节能降耗铝合金导线,其特征在于,包括铝合金芯以及外层的铝型线层;所述铝合金芯为多股绞合的铝合金绞线,所述铝型线层包裹在所述铝合金芯外。本实用新型的有益效果是:铝合金导线的抗拉强度低于高强度全铝合金导线,但导电率却有了的很大的提高,在强度要求不是太高的输电线路上使用铝合金绞线代替钢芯铝绞线,可减轻重量,减少钢丝的磁滞损耗和铝钢接触面引起的电化学腐蚀,起到与高强度铝合金导线相当的效果。用铝合金导线的导电率增大,输电容量有了很大的提高。

本实用新型涉及电线电缆领域,尤其涉及一种节能降耗铝合金导线。 
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的不断发展,电力需求的不断增长,电缆作为电能传输的载体的需求量也越来越大,而目前国内用的电缆导线多是钢芯铝绞线和钢芯铝合金导线,这些导线的重量较大,电阻较大,并且现有的导线电损高,能量损失大、电晕大、输电容量低。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中导线电损高,能量损失大、电晕大、输电容量低的缺陷,提供一种节能降耗铝合金导线。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 
一种节能降耗铝合金导线,其特征在于,包括铝合金芯以及外层的铝型线层;所述铝合金芯为多股绞合的铝合金绞线,所述铝型线层包裹在所述铝合金芯外。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:铝合金导线的抗拉强度低于高强度全铝合金导线,但导电率却有了的很大的提高,在强度要求不是太高的输电线路上使用铝合金绞线代替钢芯铝绞线,可减轻重量,减少钢丝的磁滞损耗和铝钢接触面引起的 电化学腐蚀,起到与高强度铝合金导线相当的效果。用铝合金导线的导电率增大,输电容量有了很大的提高。

如图1所示,一种节能降耗铝合金导线,包括铝合金芯以及外层的铝型线层2;所述铝合金芯为多股绞合的铝合金绞线1,所述铝型线层2包裹在所述铝合金芯外。在本实施例中,所述铝合金绞线1为7股,所述铝型线层为2层。
