 本实用新型涉及电线电缆领域,尤其涉及一种低弧垂耐热铝合金倍容导线。
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的不断发展,电力需求的不断增长,电缆作为电能传输的载体的需求量也越来越大,而目前国内用的电缆导线多是钢芯铝绞线和钢芯铝合金导线,这些导线的重量较大,电阻较大,并且现有的导线膨胀系数大、弧垂大、导线表面的电晕大。
发明内容
 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中导线膨胀系数大、弧垂大、导线表面的电晕大的缺陷,提供一种低弧垂耐热铝合金倍容导线。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种低弧垂耐热铝合金倍容导线,其特征在于,在殷钢芯的外侧绞合有耐热铝合金型线,所述的殷钢芯为若干股。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的低弧垂耐热铝合金倍容导线,殷钢芯的线膨胀系数小,比普通钢芯的弧垂小,并且外层采用耐热铝合金型线绞制结构,在等外径的情况下,导电截面大,有效地增大了输电容量,并减小导线表面的电晕。
