本实用新型属于家电领域,特指一种燃气灶。
背景技术:
现有的燃气灶缺少热量积聚与反射装置,使得一部分热量不能充分发挥作用而白白流失。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高效能的燃气灶,以便提高家用燃气灶的热效能,降低能源的损耗。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:在燃气灶壳体的中上部,置有中间空心的锅形热量积聚反射器,反射器的上沿连接灶台面,反射器底部的中间为空心孔,空心孔连接进风管,进风管连接燃气灶壳体的底板,燃烧头位于反射器下方的进风管中。
在反射器的中上部,设有排气口,
在燃气灶壳体内与反射器、进风管之间,填充保温材料。
由于本实用新型采用了上述结构,使得火焰在反射器的作用下,火焰在反射器与锅底之间多次反射上升,因此热能得到了充分的利用,热能也不至于通过燃气灶壳体散发流失。即节省了能源,又使得燃气得到充分的燃烧,减少了室内空气污染。

具体实施方式:
如图1、2所示:在燃气灶壳体的中上部,置有中间空心的锅形热量积聚反射器(2),反射器(2)的上沿连接灶台面(1),反射器(2)底部的中间为空心孔,空心孔连接进风管(3),进风管(3)连接燃气灶壳体的底板(6),燃烧头(5)位于反射器(2)下方的进风管(3)中。
在反射器(2)的中上部,设有排气口(4)。这样便于燃气灶的通风。
在燃气灶壳体内与反射器(2)、进风管(3)之间,填充保温材料(7)。这样保证了热能不至于通过燃气灶壳体散发流失。
本实用新型是这样实施的:
如图1、3所示:当锅(10)的直径小于反射器(2)的直径时,首先将支架(9)放在反射器(2)上,锅(10)置于反射器(2)的支架(9)上,打开调控开关(8)点燃燃烧头(5)中的燃气,火焰(11)在反射器(2)与锅(10)间多次反射上升,热能得到充分利用。燃烧后的气体从反射器(2)与锅(10)之间的空隙中排出。调控开关(8),可根据热能的大小需求调节。
当锅(10)的直径大于反射器(2)的直径时,锅(10)置于反射器(2)的边缘上,燃气灶工作时燃烧后的气体从反射器(2)的排气口(4)排出。
