背景技术
目前一般的家用燃气灶具加热形式是敞开式的,在使用时只有部分热量被锅底吸收,而大量的热量从灶架及其周围散失,热量利用率较低,不仅造成了能源的损失,也使得炉灶周围的温度升高,厨房操作间的工作环境变差。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种能充分聚集火力、防止热量散失、高效节能的燃气炉灶。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:高效节能燃气灶,由炉具面板、锅支架、凹形环盘、分火器组成,锅支架在凹形环盘的内壁上沿圆周均匀分布,分火器位于凹形环盘内口中央处,凹形环盘内口直径大于分火器直径,其特征在于,凹形环盘的外边缘高于炉具面板,凹形环盘的外壁与炉具面板之间设置隔热材料,凹形环盘的内壁上设置多个火焰反射节能筋。
该高效节能燃气灶的凹形环盘,使得火焰被集中在锅底部,不会造成火焰外泄;由于凹形环盘内口直径大于分火器直径,保证了空气的流通,使得燃气能够充分燃烧,不至于熄火;火焰由下向上燃烧,当遇到火焰反射节能筋时,火焰就被反射到锅底,热量被充分利用,不会造成浪费。凹形环盘的外边缘高于炉具面板,凹形环盘的外壁与炉具面板之间设置隔热材料,可防止凹形环盘的热量传导到炉具面板上,这样厨房操作间的温度就不会太高。
该高效节能燃气灶的有益效果是:充分聚集火力、防止热量散失、节约能源50%。

具体实施例
如图2所示,高效节能燃气灶,由炉具面板、锅支架、凹形环盘、分火器组成,锅支架在凹形环盘的内壁上沿圆周均匀分布,分火器位于凹形环盘内口中央处,凹形环盘内口直径大于分火器直径,凹形环盘上设置三圈弧型火焰反射节能筋,相邻两圈的火焰反射节能筋交错排列,这样可使火焰更均匀。凹形环盘高30mm,凹形环盘外口直径260mm,经实验,烧开同样体积的水,比一般炉灶节约50%的燃气。
本实用新型的火焰反射节能筋可以是弧型、螺旋型或环型,只要满足反射火焰的功能即可,不受实施例中所列形状的限制。
