发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种保温、饰面、光伏发电一体化外墙板,以利在满足节能的基础上具有饰面提高其耐候性、耐久性能,还具有清洁发电能源,以利其建筑墙体自身能够发电,带来更多的社会效益。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种保温、饰面、发电一体化外墙板,其组成包括: 高效保温板,所述的保温板具有预留穿线孔洞并预埋加固拉结件、所述的保温板连接饰面面层,所述的饰面面层连接光伏太阳能板。
所述的保温、饰面、发电一体化外墙板,所述的孔洞为垂直向下的通长孔洞,所述的连加固拉结件顶部连接饰面、光伏太阳能板,所述的连加固拉结件底部连接建筑基本墙体,所述的连接加固拉结件具备与相邻保温板对应连接的凸凹卡扣。
有益效果:
1.本实用新型在高效保温板上预埋了固定连接件。使其具备向内(与建筑外墙面层)拉结和向外(外饰面层或太阳能板)拉结固定的条件。使保温系统具有可靠、坚固、不脱的性能。
本实用新型在高效保温板上设置饰面面层。以提高其内保温材料耐候性、耐久性和满足施工快捷、建筑外观的美学要求。实现了保温、饰面一体化性能。
本实用新型在保温墙板上设置光伏电太阳能板。以利在满足建筑节能的基础上墙体还具有清洁发电能源。实现了保温、饰面、发电三合一性能。
本实用新型在高效保温板上设置通长孔洞(用时垂直向下)。以利光伏发电电路铺设和电力传输。
本实用新型所述的连接加固件底部具备与相邻同品设有的对应凸凹卡扣。以利施工快捷和保温系统坚固、锁住功能。

高效保温板是导热系数等于小于0.05的材料制作的;饰面是金属原料制作的;发电是光伏太阳能方式。
在高效保温板在生产制作时预埋了固定拉结件3和穿线孔洞2;以热合方式高效保温板上设置饰面面层4或插扣方式在固定拉结件3安装饰面面层4;以接挂方式在固定拉结件3上加置太阳能板5。

2.根据权利要求1 所述的保温、饰面、发电一体化绿色建筑外墙板,其特征是:所述的孔洞为垂直向下的通长孔洞,所述的连加固拉结件顶部连接饰面、光伏太阳能板,所述的连加固拉结件底部连接建筑基本墙体,所述的连接加固拉结件具备与相邻保温板对应连接的凸凹卡扣。
