背景技术
目前，用于屋面和墙面的保温波纹板，作为建筑节能保温隔热材料，在欧美日等发达国家已经得到了普及，而在我国的应用很少，约为10%。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种保温波纹板，该板可广泛应用于大型厂房，仓库，体育馆，超市，医院，冷库，活动房，建筑物加层，洁净车间以及需保温隔热防火的场所等工业和民用建筑。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种保温波纹板，该保温波纹板包括上、下两层的面板和基层，板的两端为阴阳端部共同啮合拼接的接口。面板上波纹的波峰高度为28mm和波峰间距为167mm。
本实用新型的优点在于：其外形美观，色泽艳丽，整体效果好，集导水性、耐侯性、抗酸碱耐腐蚀性、水密性、气密性、轻质、阻燃、隔音、保温隔热于一体，且无需二次装修，安装快捷方便，施工周期短，综合效益好，是一种高效环保建材。

具体实施方式
一种保温波纹板该保温波纹板包括上、下两层预涂装饰金属薄板做的面板1、保温材料岩棉或阻燃聚氨酯泡沫构成的基层2，板与板之间的宽度方向阴阳端部3、4共同啮合拼接安装形成接口。面板1上波纹的波峰高度为28mm和波峰间距为167mm的小波纹，以增加强度，标准宽度1000mm，两端锁口辊压成型后,中间填充保温材料岩棉或阻燃聚氨酯泡沫形成基层2，经过连续复合工艺,使上下二层预涂装饰的金属薄板面板1与岩棉或阻燃聚氨酯泡沫有效粘合，形成结构安全牢固的建筑保温板材。当中间填充保温材料岩棉或阻燃聚氨酯泡沫的基层2为岩棉时，其宽度方向二端采用50-150mm宽的阻燃聚氨酯泡沫填充封边密封。其宽度方向二端分别是具有独特外形的阳端3和阴端4，其由用于屋面和墙面的保温板之预涂装饰金属面板压型而成。板与板之间的宽度方向阴阳端4、3部共同啮合拼接安装成接口4是由预涂装饰保温板的金属面板压型而成，每张板两端分别为阳端3和阴端4，具有独特的外形结构，建筑保温板与建筑保温板之间联接采取阴端和阳端相互啮合的方式，并通过接口处暗藏的螺钉、螺栓等紧固件固定到安装面上。

1.一种保温波纹板，其特征在于：该保温波纹板包括上、下两层的面板和基层，板的两端为阴阳端部共同啮合拼接的接口。
2.根据权利要求1所述保温波纹板，其特征在于：面板上波纹的波峰高度为28mm和波峰间距为167mm。
