使用时，将拇指插入夹套，其他手指配合抬住夹底板，通过夹套和夹底板将高温加热后的碗碟夹住，安全方便，不会烫伤手。
相比于现有技术，本实用新型的隔热夹结构新颖、功能实用，能够有效避免高温的碗碟烫伤手。
