使用时，将本实用新型的碟盘夹的夹口（大夹口或小夹口）对准碗碟的边缘卡入，上缘卡靠碗碟边缘的内侧，底缘抵靠碗碟边缘的外侧，凸卡部防止碗碟滑落。使用者手握夹柄，斜向用力将碗碟翘起，便能轻松地将碗碟从加热容器中取出。
