以往的金属切割加工中,常常使用到车床、铣床等传统的机床,但是切割质量差,加工效率低,而激光具有平行度好,能量高等特点,目前常常应用与切割加工领域,现在所使用的激光切割机常常在光源系统前放置一块聚光透镜,将光源系统产生的平行激光聚焦成一点,由于该聚焦点的能量极高,所以利用该焦点进行切割加工,但是现有的激光切割机结构都比较复杂,所以如何提供一种结构简单、加工精度高的激光切割机成为一个重要的问题。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种传动精度高的激光切割机行进装置。

采用上述结构以后,本实用新型的有益效果是:通过将传动块安装在光滑导杆上,且导板上安装了滑轮,大大地提高了行进装置的行进装置,减小激光切割头在加工时造成的误差。
