背景技术
剪纸是我国民间具有悠久历史的装饰艺术品，只用几片红、绿、黄、兰等彩纸，一把普通的剪刀，就可以即兴剪出各种象征吉祥喜庆的花样，贴挂在于室内、户外或放于嫁妆寿礼之上，为年节、佳期平添许多喜庆的气氛，深受人民大众的欢迎和喜爱。但是传统的剪纸是人们即兴剪成，不同人之间的艺术水平相差悬殊，不能大批量生产，成本高，且彩纸极易褪色、掉色、不耐磨损、易脆化和霉烂，保存方法很繁琐复杂。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型旨在提供一种可大批量生产、生产成本低且方便粘贴和保存的易贴塑料植绒剪纸。
为实现该技术目的，本实用新型的方案是：一种易贴塑料植绒剪纸，该贴片剪纸为层结构，由装饰层、胶粘剂和PET透明胶片自上而下粘合而成。
优选的，所述装饰层为绒毛层，该绒毛层通过胶粘剂均匀的粘布在PET透明胶片上。
本实用新型通过将植绒贴附技术与剪纸工艺结合，采用PET透明胶片，将绒粉按设计好的图形通过胶粘剂粘附在上面，形成剪纸的效果，黏贴耐久方便，易清理，相对于传统剪纸，此项技术大大提高了生产效率，降低成本，是一款集环保性、艺术性、喜庆性于一体的新型剪纸产品，可用于居家装饰、商务布置、赠品、礼品等。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型具体实施例的一种易贴塑料植绒剪纸，为层结构，由绒毛1、胶粘剂2和PET透明胶片3自上而下粘合而成。当然，除绒毛之外，还可以是其他材质的装饰层，如色粉，塑料粉末、橡胶粉末等等，这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。
本实用新型的加工工艺流程为：把设计稿的菲林图案通过浸泡特殊的药水复制到丝印网板上面，用喷头式植绒机器，接上电源，装上带有图案的丝印网板，通过植绒机器产生的数万伏的高压静电，输出到喷头内，喷头中的绒毛带上负电荷，然后通过调整丝网间距大小，在PET透明胶片喷涂上胶粘剂，移动喷头靠近PET透明胶片，绒毛在高压电场的作用下从喷头中飞升到PET透明胶片表面，呈垂直状洒落植在涂有胶粘剂的PET透明胶片上。
如图2所示，采用PET透明胶片3，将绒毛1按设计好的图形通过胶粘剂2粘附在上面，形成剪纸的效果，可用于居家装饰、商务布置、赠品、礼品等。
