技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种广告喷绘耗材,尤其涉及一种用于大型墙体广告的墙体喷绘膜。
背景技术
目前的建筑物墙体广告,大多采用喷绘机喷绘制作,将喷绘好的色彩艳丽,图案清晰的墙体喷绘膜用胶粘贴于墙面即可,水泥墙面,白灰墙面,磁砖墙面以及平整度好的砖石墙面均可直接施工,制作成本低,不易被撕裂破坏,施工方便。然而现有的墙体喷绘膜存在着以下缺点:1.吸墨性差,生产和喷绘时需要复杂的烘干工序,生产效率低,能源消耗高;2.膜体材料厚,需要使用大量的聚氯乙烯材料,浪费原材料;3.耐久性及适应性差,在恶略的环境下,容易造成退色、表层脱落、涂层与油墨产生化学反映造成成品不能使用等问题,影响墙体广告的美观,增加了生产成本。
鉴于此,有必要提供一种新型墙体喷绘膜来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种吸墨性能好,复合粘贴牢固,抗老化,使用寿命长,原材料消耗少的墙体喷绘膜。
    为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种墙体喷绘膜,包括由外至内依次分布的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)电晕覆盖层、双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)粘贴层、水溶胶涂布层、纸基层;所述双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)电晕覆盖层的厚度为2-3微米,所述双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)粘贴层的厚度为6-8微米。
 与现有技术相比,本实用新型墙体喷绘膜利用双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)材料代替原来的聚氯乙烯材料可以使墙体喷绘膜变得更薄,吸墨性更好,且同时具有了防紫外线,防水功能,双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)电晕覆盖层解决了BOPP产品不易着墨的问题,水溶胶涂布层可以使双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)层与纸基层紧密结合,避免了墙体喷绘膜表层脱落现象。

具体实施方式
  请参阅图1所示,本实用新型提供一种墙体喷绘膜,包括由外至内依次分布的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)电晕覆盖层1、双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)粘贴层2、水溶胶涂布层3、纸基层4;所述双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)电晕覆盖层1的厚度为2-3微米,所述双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)粘贴层2的厚度为6-8微米。
在使用时,将双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)电晕覆盖层1表面进行喷绘,将纸基层4粘贴于墙体即可。

1. 一种墙体喷绘膜,其特征在于:包括由外至内依次分布的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)电晕覆盖层、双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)粘贴层、水溶胶涂布层、纸基层;所述双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)电晕覆盖层的厚度为0.2-0.3微米,所述双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)粘贴层的厚度为0.6-0.8微米。
