本实用新型涉及一种表面设有连接帽的真空绝热板，主要用于建筑物的外墙保温。
背景技术
现有技术的真空绝热板在使用时，经常需要在其两侧涂覆一层保护层，如混凝土层。但是由于真空绝热板的表面光滑，所以与保护层粘接的牢固度很差，经常脱落而影响施工进程。
 发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种表面设有连接帽的真空绝热板，以解决现有技术存在的与保护层或墙体附着强度较低的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种表面设有连接帽的真空绝热板，包括绝热板主体及其边缘的封边，绝热板主体由密封袋和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成，其特征在于，在所述的绝热板主体的一侧或两侧设有均匀分布的多个连接帽。
所述的连接帽为T形结构。
本实用新型的优点是：在绝热板主体的一侧或两侧设有多个均匀分布的T形连接帽，保护层的材料嵌入连接帽内固化后将保护层牢牢固定住，大大提高了保护层与绝热板主体的附着强度。若直接与墙体粘接，具有同样的效果。

参见图1～图2，本实用新型一种表面设有连接帽的真空绝热板，包括绝热板主体1及其边缘的封边2，绝热板主体1由密封袋和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成（为现有技术）。其特征在于，在所述的绝热板主体1的一侧或两侧设有均匀分布的多个连接帽3。
所述的连接帽为T形结构，其顶面为圆形或其他任意形状。
本实用新型的在使用时，在绝热板主体的一侧或两侧涂覆一侧保护层（如混凝土），保护层的材料嵌入T形连接帽3内，固化后将保护层牢牢固定住，大大提高了保护层与绝热板主体1的附着强度。如果将本实用新型与墙体直接粘接，同样增加附着强度。

1.一种表面设有连接帽的真空绝热板，包括绝热板主体及其边缘的封边，绝热板主体由密封袋和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成，其特征在于，在所述的绝热板主体的一侧或两侧设有均匀分布的多个连接帽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的表面设有连接帽的真空绝热板，其特征在于，所述的连接帽为T形结构。
