一种表面设有连接帽的真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体及其边缘的封边,绝热板主体由密封袋和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成,其特征在于,在所述的绝热板主体的一侧或两侧设有均匀分布的多个T形的连接帽。本实用新型的优点是:在绝热板主体的一侧或两侧设有多个均匀分布的T形连接帽,保护层的材料嵌入连接帽内固化后将保护层牢牢固定住,大大提高了保护层与绝热板主体的附着强度。若直接与墙体粘接,具有同样的效果。

本实用新型涉及一种表面设有连接帽的真空绝热板,主要用于建筑物的外墙保温。
背景技术
现有技术的真空绝热板在使用时,经常需要在其两侧涂覆一层保护层,如混凝土层。但是由于真空绝热板的表面光滑,所以与保护层粘接的牢固度很差,经常脱落而影响施工进程。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种表面设有连接帽的真空绝热板,以解决现有技术存在的与保护层或墙体附着强度较低的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种表面设有连接帽的真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体及其边缘的封边,绝热板主体由密封袋和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成,其特征在于,在所述的绝热板主体的一侧或两侧设有均匀分布的多个连接帽。
所述的连接帽为T形结构。
本实用新型的优点是:在绝热板主体的一侧或两侧设有多个均匀分布的T形连接帽,保护层的材料嵌入连接帽内固化后将保护层牢牢固定住,大大提高了保护层与绝热板主体的附着强度。若直接与墙体粘接,具有同样的效果。

具体实施方式
参见图1~图2,本实用新型一种表面设有连接帽的真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体1及其边缘的封边2,绝热板主体1由密封袋和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成(为现有技术)。其特征在于,在所述的绝热板主体1的一侧或两侧设有均匀分布的多个连接帽3。
所述的连接帽为T形结构,其顶面为圆形或其他任意形状。
本实用新型的在使用时,在绝热板主体的一侧或两侧涂覆一侧保护层(如混凝土),保护层的材料嵌入T形连接帽3内,固化后将保护层牢牢固定住,大大提高了保护层与绝热板主体1的附着强度。如果将本实用新型与墙体直接粘接,同样增加附着强度。

1.一种表面设有连接帽的真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体及其边缘的封边,绝热板主体由密封袋和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成,其特征在于,在所述的绝热板主体的一侧或两侧设有均匀分布的多个连接帽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的表面设有连接帽的真空绝热板,其特征在于,所述的连接帽为T形结构。
