Abstract

一种墙角用真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体及其边缘的封边,绝热板主体由密封袋和设在密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材,其特征在于,在所述的绝热板主体的中部一侧设有截面的顶角为直角的弯折凹槽,在该弯折凹槽的底部不设芯材,密封袋的两侧相互贴紧。本实用新型的优点是:在墙角对接处只需要用一块真空绝热板在弯折凹槽处弯曲成直角,将墙角包住,不留缝隙,大大提高了保温效果;墙角处的真空绝热板为一个整体,因此与墙角的附着强度也大为提高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种墙角用真空绝热板,主要用于建筑物外墙角部的保温。
背景技术
现有技术的真空绝热板一般均为平板形状,在外墙角安装真空绝热板的方法是在与墙角相邻的两面各用一块真空绝热板在墙角处对接,由于真空绝热板都有封边,占用一定空间,墙角对接处总会有较大的缝隙,较低保温效果;并且相互对接的两块真空绝热板在墙角处的附着强度较低。
 发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种墙角用真空绝热板,以解决现有技术存在的墙角对接处总会有较大的缝隙,较低保温效果;相互对接的两块真空绝热板在墙角处的附着强度较低的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种墙角用真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体及其边缘的封边,绝热板主体由密封袋和设在密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材组成,其特征在于,在所述的绝热板主体的中部一侧设有截面的顶角为直角的弯折凹槽,在该弯折凹槽的底部不设芯材,密封袋的两侧相互贴紧。
本实用新型的优点是:在墙角对接处只需要用一块真空绝热板在弯折凹槽处弯曲成直角,将墙角包住,不留缝隙,大大提高了保温效果;墙角处的真空绝热板为一个整体,因此与墙角的附着强度也大为提高。

具体实施方式
参见图1~图3,本实用新型一种墙角用真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体1及其边缘的封边2,绝热板主体1由密封袋和设在密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材组成(为现有技术)。其特征在于,在所述的绝热板主体1的中部一侧设有截面的顶角为直角的弯折凹槽3,在该弯折凹槽3的底部不设芯材,密封袋的两侧相互贴紧。
本实用新型的在使用时,将一块真空绝热板在弯折凹槽3处弯曲成直角,并固定在墙角4的外侧将墙角包住,如图3所示。

1.一种墙角用真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体及其边缘的封边,绝热板主体由密封袋和设在密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材组成,其特征在于,在所述的绝热板主体的中部一侧设有截面的顶角为直角的弯折凹槽,在该弯折凹槽的底部不设芯材,密封袋的两侧相互贴紧。
