   本实用新型涉及一种切割钢线,尤其涉及一种节能高效硅片切割钢线,用于硅材料的切割工具。 
背景技术
   目前市场上硅片切割主要有金钢砂线切割、钢线带砂液切割等方式。金刚砂线的制作工艺复杂且成本过高,制约了其在硅片切割中的发展。而传统的线加砂液的切割效率不高,仅有10%左右的碳化硅砂参与了切割。 
实用新型内容
   本实用新型主要是解决现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种结构紧凑,切割强度高,提高生产效率的节能高效硅片切割钢线。 
   本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:    
  一种节能高效硅片切割钢线,包括钢线体,所述的钢线体外覆有碳化硅磨料层。
  作为优选,所述的碳化硅磨料层与钢线体间设有镀黄铜层。 
 作为优选,所述的碳化硅磨料层的厚度为9μm,所述的钢线体的直径为0.12mm。 
因此,本实用新型的节能高效硅片切割钢线,结构简单,操作方便,工作效率高,提升产品品质。

   实施例1:如图1所示,一种节能高效硅片切割钢线,包括钢线体1,所述的钢线体1外覆有碳化硅磨料层2。所述的碳化硅磨料层2与钢线体1间设有镀黄铜层3。所述的碳化硅磨料层2的厚度为9μm,所述的钢线体1的直径为0.12mm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的节能高效硅片切割钢线,其特征在于:所述的碳化硅磨料层(2)与钢线体(1)间设有镀黄铜层(3)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的节能高效硅片切割钢线,其特征在于:所述的碳化硅磨料层(2)的厚度为9μm,所述的钢线体(1)的直径为0.12mm。
