背景技术
在日常生活中，特别是在车间生产中，经常需要对生产设备或生产出的产品进行打磨除锈，或将粗糙的物品表面打磨光滑。但是目前常用的打磨方式，是直接用手拿砂纸进行打磨，这样不仅在打磨时用力不均匀，效果不好，而且在打磨时容易伤手。
实用新型内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种可方便使用，用力均匀，打磨效果好的打磨磨块。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种打磨磨块，其特征在于：包括基体、粘结层和研磨层，粘结层设置在基体底部，研磨层通过粘结层附着在基体上。
基体采用软质木料做成，增加抓握时的舒适感，并在基体上设置把手，使抓握更方便。
研磨层为水砂纸层，打磨时效果更好。
粘结层为万能胶层，使水砂纸在粘结时更结实，不易脱落。
基体可以根据需要打磨物体做成各种合适的形状，如四方形、圆形、三角形等。
本实用新型所具有的有益效果是：制作简单，造价低，在实际操作时操作简单、方便、快捷，带有把手的基体方便人们抓握，用力更均匀，打磨效果更好，提高工作效率。

如图1所示：一种打磨磨块：包括基体2、粘结层3和研磨层4，粘结层3设置在基体2底部，研磨层4通过粘结层3附着在基体2上。基体2采用软质木料做成，增加抓握时的舒适感，并在基体2上设置把手1，使抓握更方便。研磨层4为水砂纸层，打磨时效果更好。粘结层3为万能胶层，使水砂纸在粘结时更结实，不易脱落。
基体2可以根据需要打磨物体做成各种合适的形状，如四方形、圆形、三角形等。
