本实用新型涉及一种装饰用的瓷砖，具体地说是一种带有立体牡丹瓷花的装饰瓷砖。
背景技术
牡丹瓷，用瓷做的牡丹花。以豫西山区富含多种矿物元素的土为原料，以牡丹自然状物为主要题材，集聚中国多元瓷种技艺优长，采用传统技艺烧制而成。是中国悠久的陶瓷文化与牡丹文化有机融合的创意成果，具有极高的文化研究、工艺研究、艺术审美和收藏馈赠价值。通常的装饰瓷砖表面只有平面装饰图案，采用颜料在瓷砖毛坯表面勾画后烧制而成。这样的图案缺乏层次感，装饰效果不理想。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带有立体牡丹瓷花的装饰瓷砖，采用立体的牡丹瓷花作为装饰，层次分明，装饰效果好。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种带有立体牡丹瓷花的装饰瓷砖，由瓷砖基体和设置在瓷砖基体上的陶瓷牡丹花及陶瓷牡丹叶构成，所述的瓷砖基体为平板状，在瓷砖基体的表面设有釉料烧结形成的烧结层，陶瓷牡丹花和陶瓷牡丹叶由烧结层固定粘接在瓷砖基体表面。
所述的陶瓷牡丹花由多片陶瓷花瓣和一个圆柱形的花芯构成，多片陶瓷花瓣呈层叠状设置在圆柱形的花芯周围，并与花芯固定连接。
在瓷砖基体的表面还可以设置装饰性的彩绘图案，陶瓷牡丹花和陶瓷牡丹叶也可以根据需要设置不同的造型和布局，以形成具有不同样式的装饰瓷砖。
本实用新型的有益效果是：采用烧制成的陶瓷牡丹花和陶瓷牡丹叶作为瓷砖表面的装饰，层次分明，装饰效果好。陶瓷牡丹花和陶瓷牡丹叶直接通过烧结的釉料固定在瓷砖表面，不采用其它胶黏剂，方便生产并且固定效果好。

具体实施方式
如图所示，一种带有立体牡丹瓷花的装饰瓷砖，由瓷砖基体1和设置在瓷砖基体1上的陶瓷牡丹花2及陶瓷牡丹叶3构成，所述的瓷砖基体1为平板状，其形状可以是方形、菱形或其它形状。在瓷砖基体1的表面设有釉料烧结形成的烧结层4。陶瓷牡丹花2和陶瓷牡丹叶3由烧结层4固定粘接在瓷砖基体1表面。釉料可以采用陶瓷烧制工艺中的常规釉料，高温煅烧时釉料溶化，从而将陶瓷牡丹花2和陶瓷牡丹叶3粘接固定在盘体1上。所述的陶瓷牡丹花2由多片陶瓷花瓣201和一个圆柱形的花芯构成，多片陶瓷花瓣201呈层叠状设置在圆柱形的花芯周围，并与花芯固定连接。
所述的陶瓷花瓣201和陶瓷牡丹叶3均由瓷泥经制成。瓷泥中可以混入颜料，形成红色、粉色、黄色、绿色等不同颜色的瓷泥。制成的大小不同的陶瓷花瓣201按照牡丹花的造型复合，复合时陶瓷花瓣201粘接在瓷泥制成圆柱形花芯周围。然后将复合成的陶瓷牡丹花2和陶瓷牡丹叶3用放置在编织好并施有釉料的瓷砖基体1上，之后送入窑炉烧制成成品。釉料经煅烧溶化形成固定层4。
在瓷砖基体的表面还可以设置装饰性的彩绘图案，陶瓷牡丹花和陶瓷牡丹叶也可以根据需要设置不同的造型和布局，以形成具有不同样式的装饰瓷砖。

1.一种带有立体牡丹瓷花的装饰瓷砖，其特征在于：由瓷砖基体（1）和设置在瓷砖基体（1）上的陶瓷牡丹花（2）及陶瓷牡丹叶（3）构成，所述的瓷砖基体（1）为平板状，在瓷砖基体（1）的表面设有釉料烧结形成的烧结层（4），陶瓷牡丹花（2）和陶瓷牡丹叶（3）由烧结层（4）固定粘接在瓷砖基体（1）表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种带有立体牡丹瓷花的装饰瓷砖，其特征在于：所述的陶瓷牡丹花（2）由多片陶瓷花瓣（201）和一个圆柱形的花芯构成，多片陶瓷花瓣（201）呈层叠状设置在圆柱形的花芯周围，并与花芯固定连接。
