Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种仿天然洞石装饰效果的无洞陶瓷砖。包括有坯体和装饰面层，其特征在于：在装饰面层内混入有不规则的透明状的颗粒，装饰面层烧结于坯体上。装饰面层与坯体的烧结温度在1200℃以上。本实用新型采用上述技术方案后，不规则的透明状的颗粒在陶瓷砖成型的过程中就加入了，无需二次烧结，平整度高，性能稳定，达到了仿天然洞石装饰效果。

本实用新型涉及陶瓷砖技术领域，特指一种仿天然洞石装饰效果的无洞陶瓷砖。
背景技术：
现有建筑陶瓷材料为了追求自然的洞石风格，往往会在陶瓷产品的制造过程中对装饰面层进行不同的加工处理，基本上都上在装饰面层上直接加入有洞的火山石或者进行进一步的处理将火山石的洞进行填充，前者会影响装饰面的平整度，后者的制造过程过于繁琐，装饰效果较差。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种平整度高、性能稳定的仿天然洞石效果的无洞陶瓷砖。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的技术方案为：包括有坯体和装饰面层，其特征在于：在装饰面层内混入有不规则的透明状的颗粒，装饰面层烧结于坯体上。
装饰面层与坯体的烧结温度在1200℃以上。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案后，不规则的透明状的颗粒在陶瓷砖成型的过程中就加入了，无需二次烧结，平整度高，性能稳定，达到了仿天然洞石装饰效果。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的说明，见附图1-附图2所示，本实用新型的较佳实施例包括有坯体1和装饰面层2，在装饰面层1内随机设有不规则的透明体状的颗粒3，装饰面层2是在1200℃以上的高温下烧结于坯体1上的。上述结构的陶瓷砖表面平整度同现有技术的抛光砖无异，透明体状的颗粒3又使产品达到仿天然洞石的效果。
以上所述之实施例只为本实用新型的较佳实施例，并非以此限制本实用新型的实施范围，故凡依本实用新型之形状、构造及原理所作的等效变化，均应涵盖于本实用新型的保护范围内。

1、一种仿天然洞石装饰效果的无洞陶瓷砖，包括有坯体(1)和装饰面层(2)，其特征在于：在装饰面层(1)内设有不规则的透明体状的颗粒(3)，装饰面层(2)烧结于坯体(1)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种仿天然洞石装饰效果的无洞陶瓷砖，其特征在于：装饰面层(2)与坯体(1)的烧结温度在1200℃以上。
