本实用新型提供一种可快速更换冲槽和切外型模块的级进模,该级进模包括冲槽和切外型模块,该模块长600mm-800mm、宽250mm-400mm;通过φ20mm定位销1和M16紧固螺栓2安装在级进模上。该模块是可以更换的。其中可快速更换的冲槽和切外型模块属于新型工艺结构,根据图纸需求更换和使用相对应的模块即可实现一副模具和多个冲槽和切外型模块进行生产相同大小的、不同齿形和槽尺寸的多种汽车空调水箱主板零件。通过利用该项工艺技术可减少更换时间、减轻劳动强度,节约模具成本,在工艺技术上取得了有益的效果。可广泛用于汽车空调水箱主板模具等大中型模具的冲压工艺中。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于冲压工艺的大中型级进模,特别涉及到一种可快速更换冲槽和切外型模块的级进模,可广泛用于汽车水箱主板模具。 
背景技术
目前的水箱主板模具如图1所示。一种水箱主板零件的生产都需要一副模具。由于水箱主板零件尺寸比较大所以对应的级进模具尺寸和重量也都比较大,模具更换起来费时费力,且模具制造周期长,制造费用也贵。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种可快速更换冲槽和切外型模块的级进模,该模块化设计的模具是一种新型工艺结构。该模具更换可以在不拆卸整个级进模的情况下进行,减少了更换时间、减轻了劳动强度,节约了模具成本,可在工艺技术上取得了有益的效果。该新型工艺结构级进模的实现是这样的:一种可快速更换冲槽和切外型模块的级进模,使用一副模具并通过快速更换冲槽和切外型模块后能生产相同大小、不同齿形和槽尺寸的汽车空调水箱主板零件;级进模包括冲槽和切外型模块,该模块长600mm-800mm、宽250mm-400mm;通过φ20mm定位销1和M16紧固螺栓2安装在级进模上。该模块是可以更换的。 
因此只需开一副该新型工艺结构模具再制造多种相对应的冲槽和切外型的模块就可生产多种汽车空调水箱主板零件。

实施例1 
步骤1.在机床上下模具合模如图2所示。 
步骤2.松开上下半模具的φ20mm定位销1和M16紧固螺栓2如图3和图4所示。 
步骤3.使用换模车将冲槽和切外型模块图5抽出,结果如图6所示。 
步骤4.根据要求换上相对应的冲槽和切外型模块,用φ20mm定位销1和M16紧固螺栓2固定,并调整模具闭合高度。如图2所示。 
这样通过快速更换冲槽和切外型模块,就可生产另一种汽车空调水箱主板零件了如图7、图8、图9。

1.一种可快速更换冲槽和切外型模块的级进模,其特征是:一副级进模包括冲槽和切外型模块,该模块长600mm-800mm、宽250mm-400mm;通过φ20mm定位销(1)和M16紧固螺栓(2)安装在级进模上,该模块是可以更换的。
