附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该发明多用涂卡器，其特征是：涂卡器体1下部装有卡孔2，涂卡器体1底部装有刻度3，涂卡器体1上部装有半圆仪板4，半圆仪板4中间装有镂空基点5，半圆仪板4上部装有镂空凹槽6。该发明多用涂卡器，使用时将卡孔2对准答题卡答案方框，用2B铅笔将卡孔2内部分涂匀即可，需要测量长度时，使用涂卡器体1下边沿测量并对照其上的刻度3读取数据即可，需要测量角度时，将半圆仪板4置于待测角之上，将镂空基点5与顶点重合，在镂空凹槽6内标记出角边位置从而获取角度数来完成测量即可。
