本实用新型涉及铁路设备，特别是涉及7#道岔预应力混凝土岔枕、垫板及连接件。
背景技术
工矿冶金企业小号道岔较多，如6#、7#、9#及非标准的8#，其中7#道岔占主要地位，目前所有7#道岔均采用木枕道钉连接方式，其缺点主要有以下几方面，1、木枕易腐朽、使用寿命短、岔枕更换频繁；2、钢轨与木枕采用道钉连接不够稳定，铁路容易变形，维修量加大；3、木枕加工污染环境，破坏森林资源，不符合可持续发展观的要求；4、从长远计算，木枕大维修成本比较高。

本实用新型的目的就是为克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷和不足，而提供一种7#道岔预应力混凝土岔枕、垫板及连接件。
采用的技术方案是：
7#道岔预应力混凝土岔枕、垫板及连接件，包括水泥枕，其特征在于所述的水泥枕的顶面上铺设有铁垫板，水泥枕的顶面与铁垫板之间垫置有板下胶垫，铁垫板和板下胶垫通过螺栓固定在水泥枕上，铁垫板的顶面上铺设有铁轨，铁轨的底部压置有轨距块，轨距块的中心处设有螺孔，螺孔内穿设有螺丝，螺丝上装设有弹条，螺丝旋紧在一铁座上，铁座焊固在铁垫板上。
本实用新型具有结构简单，使用寿命长，铁路不易变形，维修量加小，节约资源等优点。
