双气管平底节能灶,包括灶体,其特征在于灶体上部是布满毛细孔的远红外线筛板,远红外线筛板下面是气腔,第一进气管紧连气腔壁,第二进气管穿过气腔壁深入气腔内部,并在气腔底部分成十字形气管,十字形气管上面有多个气孔;其有益效果是双气管可以使燃气迅速充满气腔,十字形气管可以使燃气均匀分布在气腔内,使燃气在气腔内充分预混,布满毛细孔的远红外线筛板可以使燃气从众多的毛细孔中溢出,使得燃气能够与空气充分混合从而得到充分燃烧,提高能源转换率,本实用新型能够使燃气热效率达到65%-75%,可节约燃气达45%-50%。

本实用新型涉及一种燃气灶具,特别是一种双气管平底节能灶。
背景技术
现有的燃气灶均大部分是单枪进气,气量不够,影响火力;也有双气管进气,但燃气灶的火道出口均为圆形直孔,其燃烧形式为直射式燃烧,使得燃烧不充分,废气排量大,既影响燃烧效果,又浪费能源,还污染环境。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种进气量大,燃烧充分的燃气灶装置,以提高燃气的利用效率,减少环境污染。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是双气管平底节能灶,包括灶体,其特征在于灶体上部是布满毛细孔的远红外线筛板,远红外线筛板下面是气腔,第一进气管紧连气腔壁,第二进气管穿过气腔壁深入气腔内部,并在气腔底部分成十字形气管,十字形气管上面有多个气孔。  
本实用新型的有益效果是双气管可以使燃气迅速充满气腔,十字形气管可以使燃气均匀分布在气腔内,使燃气在气腔内充分预混,布满毛细孔的远红外线筛板可以使燃气从众多的毛细孔中溢出,使得燃气能够与空气充分混合从而得到充分燃烧,提高能源转换率,本发明能够使燃气热效率达到65%-75%,可节约燃气达45%-50%。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
用铸铁制作灶体1气腔3,在气腔3壁上安装第一进气管4和第二进气管5,在气腔3内部用十字形气管6与第二进气管5连接,十字形气管6上面有多个气孔7,然后在气腔上部安装布满毛细孔的远红外线筛板2,即做成双气管平底节能灶。
