本实用新型公开了一种沼气池透明罩盖,包括池体,设置于池体上端的密封口及盖子,特点是盖子为透明材料制成,盖子下边沿伸入密封口内,并活动连接于密封口。所述的盖子外部对称设置有套管,套管套在连接柱上,沿连接柱上下滑动,所述连接柱连接于池体。所述的连接柱上部设置有限位块,限定盖子的行程。盖子内部下端还连接有条状筋或网状筋。本实用新型由于在池体上端密封口设有透明材料制成的盖子,使沼气池产气量得到提高,又因为盖子内部下端连接有条状筋或网状筋,防止上浮的发酵物表面的结壳,使沼气池通气顺畅。满足人们的生活需要,增强了人们的使用积极性。

本实用新型涉及沼气生产领域,具体涉及沼气池的罩盖装置。
背景技术
目前,沼气作为绿色能源已被人们广泛接受,但在使用过程中,常因沼气池不能正常运行产气,产气量有限,而影响人们的使用积极性。主要原因是池内原料在腐化产气过程中,部分发酵物上浮,上浮的发酵物表面结壳,时间长了形成硬盖,阻碍了气体上行。同时普通罩盖为不透明罩盖,缺少光线的射入,导致沼气池温度低,产气量少,不能满足人们的生活需要。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种沼气池透明罩盖,能提高池内液体和发酵物温度,同时解决池内上浮物结壳,通气不畅问题。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种沼气池透明罩盖,包括池体,设置于池体上端的密封口及盖子,特点是盖子为透明材料制成,盖子下边沿伸入密封口内,并活动连接于密封口,盖子上部设有导气管。
本实用新型进一步改进方案是,所述的盖子外部对称设置有套管,所述套管套在连接柱上,沿连接柱上下滑动,所述连接柱连接于池体。
本实用新型更进一步改进方案是,所述的连接柱上部设置有限位块,限定盖子的行程。所述的盖子内部下端连接有条状筋或网状筋。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
一 、本实用新型由于在池体上端密封口设有透明材料制成的盖子,增加了
光线的射入,沼气池内温度升高,提高了发酵速率,使沼气池产气量得到提高。
二 、本实用新型的盖子活动连接于沼气池密封口,因此,当沼气多时,气体的膨胀作用,盖子向上移动;当沼气少时,盖子在重力作用下,向下移动,盖子内部下端连接有条状筋或网状筋,随着盖子一起移动,从而打破上浮的发酵物表面结壳,使沼气池通气顺畅。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型包括池体1,设置于池体1上端的密封口2及盖子3,所述的盖子3为透明材料制成,盖子3下边沿伸入密封口内,活动连接于密封口2(间隙配合)。仍如图1所示,所述的盖子3内部下端连接有网状筋,防止上浮的发酵物表面的结壳,使沼气池通气顺畅。盖子3外部对称设置有套管5,套管5套在连接柱6上,沿连接柱6上下滑动,连接柱6连接于池体3,连接柱6上部设置有限位块4,限定盖子3的行程。在本实施例中,池体上设置有6根连接柱,套管与其匹配。所述连接柱及其套管均匀分布。

1.一种沼气池透明罩盖,包括池体(1),设置于池体(1)上端的密封口(2)及盖子(3),其特征在于:所述盖子(3)为透明材料制成,盖子(3)下边沿伸入密封口(2)内,并活动连接于密封口(2),盖子(3)上部设有导气管(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种沼气池透明罩盖,其特征在于:盖子(3)外部均匀设置有套管(5),所述套管(5)套在连接柱(6)上,沿连接柱(6)上下滑动,所述连接柱(6)连接于池体(1)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种沼气池透明罩盖,其特征在于:连接柱(6)上部设置有限位块(4),限定盖子(3)的行程。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种沼气池透明罩盖,其特征在于:盖子(3)内部下端连接有条状筋或网状筋(7)。
