背景技术
现有的沼气池底部为锅底型或水平的,容易使底部出料不畅;出料口较矮,漂浮粗渣不易排出;井口密封较差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进的沼气池,它能有效解决底部出料不畅、漂浮粗渣不易排出、井口密封较差的问题。
本实用新型是这样来实现的:
一种改进的沼气池,由主池、进料口、出料口和井口盖组成,其特征在于主池的底部呈进料涵部位高,出料涵部位低的斜坡型。
所述的进料涵上部和出料涵上部等高。
所述的于井口盖为锥型,锥型井口盖上安装有锁杆。

现结合实施例及其附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
该沼气池的进料口2下部经过进料涵3通至主池,主池的斜坡型底部1从进口到出口之间的坡度为5~10°;主池的出口经出料涵5通至出料的水压间4,与现有产品相比,本实用新型将水压间容积增大三倍左右,有利于促进内循环。
沼气池的大小一般为6-10立方米,主池为圆柱型,如图2。如需用本实用新型建造较大的沼气池,如13-50立方米时,主池设计成附图3所示的椭圆柱型。

1.一种改进的沼气池,由主池、进料口(2)、出料口(4)和井口盖(6)组成,其特征在于主池的底部(1)呈进料涵(3)部位高,出料涵(5)部位低的斜坡型。
2.如权利要求1所述的沼气池,其特征在于进料涵(3)上部和出料涵(5)上部等高。
3.如权利要求1所述的沼气池,其特征在于井口盖(6)为锥型,锥型井口盖上安装有锁杆(7)。
