使用时，这种健身球采用吹塑新工艺制成，球体1的材料采用聚乙烯，球体1外部上端设有把手2，使用者在健身时，可以握住把手2从而稳定住球体1，球体1下方设有两个脚环3，使用者可以将两只脚踩住脚环3，于此同时，球体1内的牵引线5上带有一小球4，由于重力作用，小球4有利于健身球的平衡，提高了健身球的安全性。这种弹性健身球不仅环保，而且有利于舒筋活血，强筋健骨，便于使用者控制球体主体，从而便于完成健身运动，同时，使用者在健身过程中，球体主体具有良好的稳定作用，安全性能比较好，有效地提高了健身的效果。
