本发明涉及一种健身球的技术领域，尤其是一种弹性健身球。
背景技术
现有的健身球采用的是PVC，含氯，难以达到环保要求，而且达不到欧洲标准，同时，在健身的过程中，由于球体为圆形，难以有效地控制球体的位置，在健身时容易滑动，造成健身动作难以正常完成或者大大增加了健身动作完成的难度，容易造成健身时的拉伤或扭伤，安全性能差，降低了健身的效果。
发明内容
为了克服现有的健身球容易影响健身效果、健身难度大以及安全性能差的不足，本发明提供了一种弹性健身球。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种弹性健身球，包括球体、把手、脚环和小球，球体上方设有把手，球体下方设有两个脚环，球体内设有小球。
根据本发明的另一个实施例，进一步包括球体与小球通过牵引线连接。
本发明的有益效果是，这种弹性健身球不仅环保，而且有利于舒筋活血，强筋健骨，便于使用者控制球体主体，从而便于完成健身运动，同时，使用者在健身过程中，球体主体具有良好的稳定作用，安全性能比较好，有效地提高了健身的效果。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图，图2是本发明凸起的示意图，一种弹性健身球，包括球体1、把手2、脚环3、小球4和牵引线5，球体1上方设有把手2，球体1下方设有两个脚环2，球体1内设有小球4，球体1与小球4通过牵引线5连接。
使用时，这种健身球采用吹塑新工艺制成，球体1的材料采用聚乙烯，球体1外部上端设有把手2，使用者在健身时，可以握住把手2从而稳定住球体1，球体1下方设有两个脚环2，使用者可以将两只脚踩住脚环2，于此同时，球体1内的牵引线5上带有一小球4，由于重力作用，小球4有利于健身球的平衡，提高了健身球的安全性。这种弹性健身球不仅环保，而且有利于舒筋活血，强筋健骨，便于使用者控制球体主体，从而便于完成健身运动，同时，使用者在健身过程中，球体主体具有良好的稳定作用，安全性能比较好，有效地提高了健身的效果。

1.一种弹性健身球，包括球体（1）、把手（2）、脚环（3）和小球（4），球体（1）上方设有把手（2），其特征是，球体（1）下方设有两个脚环（3），球体（1）内设有小球（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性健身球，其特征是，球体（1）与小球（4）通过牵引线（5）连接。
