本实用新型涉及一种机动车蓄电池部件,特别是具有排气、防火、防酸液溢出的密封铅酸蓄电池盖中枢排气结构,属蓄电池技术领域。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池的基本反应原理为“双硫酸盐化理论”,硫酸电解液在电池中起传导电流和参加电池反应的作用,在使用过程中也就是电池充电过程中,会有大量气体析出,而密封铅酸蓄电池要求气体在电池内部再化合,这要求电池内部保持有一定压力进行气体的化合.但当蓄电池内的压力超过一定值时,应将气体排出。所以要求密封铅酸蓄电池能顺利减压排气且保持酸液不外溢,同时还需有效防止明火进入蓄电池内部而引起电池爆炸。现有密封铅酸蓄电池盖的排气结构只是简单的将滤气片焊接在蓄电池盖的排气部位,该结构达不到上述要求,为此,研发具有排气结构的蓄电池盖是解决上述问题的关键。
实用新型内容
本实用新型用于提供一种在保持减压排气能力下,防止酸液溢出及明火进入蓄电池内部的密封铅酸蓄电池盖中枢排气结构。
本实用新型所称问题是以下述技术方案解决的:
一种密封铅酸蓄电池盖中枢排气结构,构成中包括蓄电池盖,在蓄电池盖上设有排气孔,排气孔内设有滤气片,其特别之处是:所述结构还包括滤气片盖和气道盒,其中,滤气片的两侧面分别与排气孔、滤气片盖焊合,气道盒触压在滤气片外侧,气道盒设有中心通气孔。
上述密封铅酸蓄电池盖中枢排气结构,所述气道盒与排气孔形成过盈配合。

本实用新型针对密封铅酸蓄电池在排气减压同时防止酸液外溢要求设计了一种蓄电池盖中枢排气结构,该结构滤气片、滤气片盖分别与蓄电池盖排气孔焊合,气道盒与蓄电池盖排气孔过盈配合,蓄电池内部气体由滤气片、气道盒导出,由滤气片、滤气片盖、气道盒以及设置在蓄电池盖上排气孔共同组成中枢排气系统。采用本实用新型的设计,在保证密封铅酸蓄电池减压排气的同时,可以有效防止酸液溢出,并能够起到防止明火进入蓄电池内部的作用。

具体实施方式
参看图1-3,本实用新型构成中包括密封铅酸蓄电池的蓄电池盖1,在蓄电池盖的侧边设有排气孔5,所述结构还包括滤气片2、滤气片盖3和气道盒4,滤气片2、滤气片盖3和气道盒4依次安装在排气孔内。
参看图4,滤气片2的两侧面分别与排气孔5、滤气片盖3焊合,滤气片盖与排气孔焊合,气道盒4触压在滤气片外侧,气道盒设有中心通气孔4-1,气道盒与排气孔形成轴孔过盈配合。
本实用新型增加了滤气片盖及气道盒零件,在使用时,密封铅酸蓄电池内部的气体可由经由滤气片、滤气片盖及气道盒导出减压排气,滤气片、滤气片盖及气道盒的固定安装结构可以防止酸液溢出,且可以防止明火进入蓄电池内部。

1.一种密封铅酸蓄电池盖中枢排气结构,构成中包括蓄电池盖(1),在蓄电池盖上设有排气孔(5),排气孔内设有滤气片(2),其特征在于:所述结构还包括滤气片盖(3)和气道盒(4),其中,滤气片的两侧面分别与排气孔、滤气片盖焊合,气道盒触压在滤气片外侧,气道盒设有中心通气孔(4-1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封铅酸蓄电池盖中枢排气结构,其特征在于:所述气道盒(4)与排气孔(5)形成轴孔过盈配合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封铅酸蓄电池盖中枢排气结构,其特征在于:所述滤气片盖(3)与排气孔焊合。
