Abstract
本实用新型提供一种卷绕式蓄电池排气壳体,包括槽体、盖体,槽体经隔板均分为两个以上用于放置电池的单格;盖体上设有两个以上与槽体的单格对应的排气孔,排气孔上设有安全阀;安全阀经气道直接或间接与总排气孔相连。本实用新型采取集中排气,一次性将气体引导出车外稀释排放,从而改善车内环境。本实用新型在安全阀之间设有气道连接,然后集中在一处通过总排气孔统一排出,在总排气孔的另一端可以连接防酸软管以便导引带酸气体的排放。

本实用新型涉及一种卷绕式蓄电池壳体,特别是用于充电效率高、比能量高、比功率高的卷绕式铅酸蓄电池的排气壳体。
背景技术
阀控铅酸蓄电池充电时,因为电解水同时发生,会产生氢气、氧气和水蒸气同时挥发,水蒸气多少会带上氢离子、硫酸根离子还有少量的二价铅离子,硫酸蒸汽本身带有腐蚀性,即使微量酸在长时间的积累下不论是对人还是对物都有着巨大的危害。车是现代化最普遍的交通工具之一,车内含酸气体将直接影响我们的健康与车内零部件的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种阀控式可集中排气的卷绕式蓄电池排气壳体。
本实用新型的技术方案在于:包括槽体、盖体,槽体经隔板均分为两个以上用于放置电池的单格;盖体上设有两个以上与槽体的单格对应的排气孔,排气孔上设有安全阀;安全阀经气道直接或间接与总排气孔相连。
本实用新型采取集中排气,一次性将气体引导出车外稀释排放,从而改善车内环境。本实用新型在安全阀之间设有气道连接,然后集中在一处通过总排气孔统一排出,在总排气孔的另一端可以连接防酸软管以便导引带酸气体的排放。

具体实施方式
图1、图2中,槽体1经隔板均分为六个用于放置电池的单格,盖体2上设有六个与槽体的单格对应的排气孔4(安全阀安装位置),排气孔4上设有安全阀,安全阀经气道5直接或间接与总排气孔6相连。
图3、图4中,槽体1、盖体2、盖片3组装成电池后,槽体1内部六个圆桶单格与盖体2上六个热封单格形成六个单体电池,单体电池在化学反应中所产生的气体经过盖体2上排气孔4处的六个安全阀和盖体2上的气道5由总排气孔6集中排放到外部。盖体2与盖片3经过密封配合,保证通过六个安全阀排出的气体只能经气道5由总排气孔6集中排放到外部。总排气孔6可根据适当要求配置排气装置,排气装置可通过接塑料管伸到车外排放。

1.一种卷绕式蓄电池排气壳体,包括槽体(1)、盖体(2),槽体(1)经隔板均分为两个以上用于放置电池的单格;其特征在于:盖体(2)上设有两个以上与槽体的单格对应的排气孔(4),排气孔(4)上设有安全阀;安全阀经气道(5)直接或间接与总排气孔(6)相连。
