Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种机动车稳定杆，包括由横杆和两立杆构成的门字形结构的稳定杆本体，所述稳定杆本体为空心结构，在所述两立杆的端部分别焊接有连接头；所述横杆两端与两立杆衔接处分别为对称向外侧凸起的弧形结构。所述连接头为带连接孔的扁形接头，所述两立杆与对应的连接头之间为摩焊接为一体。本实用新型优点在于空心结构的杆体大大减轻了重量，节约了原材料的使用，降低了机动车的行驶油耗；且两端的连接头与稳定杆本体为两体焊接结构，大大减小了加工的工艺难度，降低了生产加工成本，提高了企业的生产效率。

背景技术
目前的机动车前桥或后桥的稳定杆都为实心整体结构， 重量较重，安装在车辆上增加了车辆行驶时的油耗。且由于实心稳定杆成型后需通过锻造产生不同的形状，工艺流程繁琐，综合成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种重量轻，成本低且生产效率高的机动车稳定杆。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型可采取下述技术方案：
本实用新型所述的机动车稳定杆，包括由横杆和两立杆构成的门字形结构的稳定杆本体，所述稳定杆本体为空心结构，在所述两立杆的端部分别焊接有连接头；所述横杆两端与两立杆衔接处分别为对称向外侧凸起的弧形结构。
所述连接头为带连接孔的扁形接头，所述两立杆与对应的连接头之间为摩擦焊接为一体。
本实用新型优点在于空心结构的杆体大大减轻了重量，节约了原材料的使用，降低了机动车的行驶油耗；且两端的连接头与稳定杆本体为两体焊接结构，大大减小了加工的工艺难度，降低了生产加工成本，提高了企业的生产效率。

1.一种机动车稳定杆，包括由横杆（1）和两立杆（2、3）构成的门字形结构的稳定杆本体，其特征在于：所述稳定杆本体为空心结构，在所述两立杆（2、3）的端部分别焊接有连接头（4、5）；所述横杆（1）两端与两立杆（2、3）衔接处分别为对称向外侧凸起的弧形结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机动车稳定杆，其特征在于：所述连接头（4、5）为带连接孔的扁形接头，所述两立杆（2、3）与对应的连接头（4、5）之间为摩擦焊接为一体。
