Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电加热保温管,解决了高粘度介质的输送问题。其特点是在钢管外壁上均匀铺设多条电热线,电热线外依次包裹导热膜和防腐胶带,再用保温层和防水外皮包裹。导热膜将电热线的温度传递给管壁,使管壁温度均匀,又避免电热线局部温度过高、过快老化,延长使用寿命。保温层把热量聚集在保温层内,形成热场,充分发挥热效率。该种电加热保温管安装简便,可广泛用于石油、化工等领域。

本实用新型涉及一种输送管道,属于电加热保温管。
背景技术
输送管道根据输送介质的性质有各种形式,在石油、化工领域,常温下介质往往粘稠度较高,流动性差,如原油凝点在38℃,冬季输送就很困难,加温后原油处于液态就可以顺利输送。在其它领域,也存在着高粘度介质的输送问题,一般都采取加热的办法。现有加热管道大多采取水伴热或蒸汽伴热,成本高,工艺复杂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决高粘度介质的输送问题而提供一种电加热保温管。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现:电加热保温管,由钢管、电源电缆和电热线组成,钢管外壁上均匀铺设多条电热线,电热线外依次包裹导热膜和防腐胶带,防腐胶带外表平铺三条电源电缆,电源电缆外依次包裹保温层和防水外皮,钢管两端装有防水帽,电源电缆和电热线均穿过防水帽。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
该电加热保温管,由于在电热线外依次包裹导热膜和防腐胶带,因而具有管壁温度均匀,热效率高和寿命长等突出优点。导热膜可以将电热线的温度传递给管壁,一方面使电热线间隔区域的管壁温度接近电热线的温度,使管壁温度均匀,有利于介质输送;另一方面可以 尽快地将电热线的温度传递出去,避免电热线局部温度过高、加快老化,从而使电热线始终在较低温度下工作,延长使用寿命。包裹保温层后,可以把热量聚集在保温层以内,使电热线和管壁的温度不向外扩散,最大限度地发挥热效率。该电加热保温管,在工厂预制成型,是集加热、保温、防腐为一体的新型集输管道,每根管道为一个独立密封保温的加热单元,现场施工具有安装简便、保温效果好等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
由图1所示,电加热保温管,由钢管3、电源电缆2和电热线1组成,钢管3外壁上均匀铺设多条电热线1,电热线1外依次包裹导热膜6和防腐胶带5,防腐胶带5外表平铺三条电源电缆2,电源电缆2外依次包裹保温层7和防水外皮8,钢管3两端装有防水帽4,电源电缆2和电热线1均穿过防水帽4。
使用时,将相邻电加热保温管的电源电缆2和电热线1分别相连接,再通过连接件将电源电缆2和电热线1连通,实现给电热线1供电的目的,整条管线连通后,全线成为电加热保温管道。根据需要,确定铺设电热线1的数量,可以控制管线温度,保证高粘度介质的安全输送。

1.电加热保温管,由钢管(3)、电源电缆(2)和电热线(1)组成,其特征在于:钢管(3)外壁上均匀铺设多条电热线(1),电热线(1)外依次包裹导热膜(6)和防腐胶带(5),防腐胶带(5)外表平铺三条电源电缆(2),电源电缆(2)外依次包裹保温层(7)和防水外皮(8),钢管(3)两端装有防水帽(4),电源电缆(2)和电热线(1)均穿过防水帽(4)。
