Abstract
一种油田集输原油所用的电加热黄夹克保温管道。主要解决现有的黄夹克保温管道无法保证管道内的恒定输送温度问题。其特征在于:在防腐胶带(4)内沿钢管(1)外壁依次铺设碳纤维电热线(2)、导热膜(3),并使碳纤维电热线(2)与信号采集器(7)相接触,而碳纤维电热线(2)与电源线(9)相联通,信号采集器(7)与数据线(10)相联通。该保温管道具有电伴热、保温、防腐的特点,可使管道内维持恒定的输送温度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种黄夹克保温管道,具体的说是涉及一种电加热黄夹克保温管道。
背景技术
石油开采过程中,原油从井下举升到地面后要通过管道输送到中转站,由于井下与地面的温差及原油特有的粘性,在输送过程中如果温度低,会在管道中凝结、结腊、甚至凝管,尤其在北方的冬季长距离输送原油,这种现象更为突出。为了提升管道内温度,保证原油顺利输送,大部分油田通常的做法是建立集中供热站并在输送钢管外依次包裹聚氨酯泡沫保温材料及聚乙烯黄夹克皮层解决采出原油加热升温并保温输送问题,但由于聚乙烯黄夹克皮层容易破损,因施工中的各种因素造成破损渗水后,水渗进聚氨酯泡沫保温材料层会使管道外壁腐蚀,降低保温效果,无法保证管道内恒定输送温度,造成原油在管道中凝结、结腊、甚至凝管,导致管内原油无法正常输送。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有的黄夹克保温管道无法保证管道内的恒定输送温度问题,本实用新型提供一种电加热黄夹克保温管道,该保温管道具有电伴热、保温、防腐的特点,可使管道内维持恒定的输送温度。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种电加热黄夹克保温管道,包括钢管及沿钢管外壁包裹的防腐胶带,在所述的防腐胶带内沿钢管外壁依次铺设碳纤维电热线、然后铺设导热膜,并使碳纤维电热线与信号采集器相接触;而碳纤维电热线与电源线相联通,信号采集器与数据线相联通。
所述的信号采集器通过数据线与集中处理器相联通。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于该电加热黄夹克保温管道是在现有的黄夹克保温管的钢管外壁与防腐胶带层间铺设碳纤维电热线及导热膜,使碳纤维电热线与电源线联通,并使碳纤维电热线与信号采集器相接触,信号采集器又与数据线联通,信号采集器将碳纤维电热线的温度处理成数字信号,再通过数据线传输给集中处理器,通过集中处理器的USB接口,监测人员利用电脑就可以观察到由该保温管组成的管道系统中各点的工作状态,为维护人员提供准确的故障发生点,以便及时地对其维护,使管道系统内始终维持恒定的输送温度。该管道消了水半热管道,降低能耗,具有电伴热、防腐、保温的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
由附图1及附图2所示,该电加热黄夹克保温管道是在现有的黄夹克保温管的基础上增加电伴热并控温的功能,具体结构如附图1及附图2所示,在钢管1外壁依次铺设碳纤维电热线2、导热膜3、并使碳纤维电热线2与信号采集器7接触、然后向外逐层包裹防腐胶带4、聚氨酯泡沫保温层5、聚乙烯黄夹克皮层6,在管道的端口处装有聚乙烯防水帽8,并使碳纤维电热线3与管外电源线9联通,信号采集器7与数据线10相联通。
附图3所示为该电加热黄夹克保温管道实施例示意图,在集输原油过程中,各单管组焊后,使碳纤维电热线3与电源线9联通,电源线9与温控装置12联通,碳纤维电热线3为管道加热,温控装置12对电加热保温管道进行温度监测和控制,保证原油输送过程中管内的恒定温度;信号采集器7与数据线10联通,数据线10与集中处理器11联通,信号采集器7将碳纤维电热线3的温度处理成数字信号,通过数据线10传输给集中处理器11,通过集中处理器11的USB接口,监测人员就可以利用电脑观察该保温管道系统中各点的工作状态,提供准确的故障发生点,以便及时地对其维护,使管道系统内始终维持恒定的输送温度。该管道取消了水半热管道,降低了能耗,是集加热、保温、防腐为一体的新型集输管道,应用于油田原油集输,具有安装简便、保温效果好等特点。
Claims (2)
1、一种电加热黄夹克保温管道,包括钢管(1)及沿钢管(1)外壁包裹的防腐胶带(4),其特征在于:在防腐胶带(4)内沿钢管(1)外壁依次铺设碳纤维电热线(2),然后铺设导热膜(3),并使碳纤维电热线(2)与信号采集器(7)相接触;而碳纤维电热线(2)与电源线(9)相联通,信号采集器(7)与数据线(10)相联通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电加热黄夹克保温管道,其特征在于:信号采集器(7)通过数据线(10)与集中处理器(11)相联通。
