Abstract

本实用新型具体涉及一种室内装饰材料的壁纸，特别涉及一种复合壁纸。
背景技术
现有的用作室内装饰材料的壁纸大多由木桨原纸、PVC涂层组成，其PVC层通过印刷、发泡、压花等工艺来实现色彩与图案，它美观、耐磨性能优良，达到装饰精美的效果。其缺点是PVC材料不能降解，存在增塑剂析出现象，并且产品本身不能透气防水，容易滋生细菌，发霉等现象，造成环境污染，而且耐磨性、结实性差等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种复合壁纸，目的是解决现有技术问题，提供一种既能透气防水，又能具备耐磨性与结实性的室内装饰材料的复合壁纸。
本实用新型解决问题采用的技术方案是：
复合壁纸主要由面布、中间粘合层、原纸粘合而成，中间粘合层较薄但有一定的厚度，中间粘合层上具有细微通孔，该细微通孔的孔径小于水分子的直径并大于空气分子的直径。
所述中间粘合层为丙烯酸酯层。
本实用新型的有益效果：本复合壁纸的中间粘合层具有特定的细微通孔，这些细微通孔能让空气分子通过而不能让水分子通过，因此使得该复合壁纸具有防水透气的特殊效果。采用该复合壁纸用作室内装饰材料，能使墙壁具有呼吸功能，但又具有防水效果。

如图1中所示，复合壁纸主要由面布1、中间粘合层2、原纸3粘合而成，中间粘合层2较薄但有一定的厚度，中间粘合层2上具有细微通孔4，该细微通孔4的孔径小于水分子的直径并大于空气分子的直径。
其中中间粘合层2可以采用丙烯酸酯，丙烯酸酯又称Pa膜，丙烯酸酯具有特定大小的细微通孔4，该细微通孔4的孔径可以由控制丙烯酸酯中所使用的助剂来确定。

1.复合壁纸，其特征在于：由面布、中间粘合层、原纸粘合而成，中间粘合层上具有细微通孔，该细微通孔的孔径小于水分子的直径并大于空气分子的直径。
2.如权利要求1中所述的复合壁纸，其特征在于：所述中间粘合层为丙烯酸酯层。
