Abstract
本实用新型公开一种高耐磨家具封边装饰膜，从下而上依次由粘结层、装饰印刷层、UV硬化层、离型层和聚酯薄膜层构成。本实用新型的优点是：以低收缩率聚酯薄膜为基础，经过多层涂布加工，并带有粘合剂，可以方便地在家具上加工出现代装饰效果，无毒、无害，方便环保。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种装饰膜，尤其涉及一种家具封边装饰膜。
背景技术
转印膜是指带有胶黏剂的图文，在热与压力的共同作用下，连同离型层一起脱离载体薄膜，牢固转印在承印物表面的特殊功能印刷膜。转印膜作为装饰材料被广泛使用。
现代家具产品非常重视封边装饰，对高档家具的封边装饰材料，我国主要依赖进口，现有的国产封边装饰材料不能达到应有的技术效果，比如，耐磨度不够高，不能长时间使用等。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，针对现有的家具封边装饰膜耐磨性不高的问题，提供一种高耐磨家具封边装饰膜。
本实用新型通过下列技术方案解决上述技术问题：一种高耐磨家具封边装饰膜，从下而上依次由粘结层、装饰印刷层、UV硬化层、离型层和聚酯薄膜层构成。
为了提高装饰膜的尺寸稳定性，所述的聚酯薄膜层为低收缩率薄膜，厚度为25～30μm。聚酯薄膜装饰完毕后被剥离掉，无须留在家具上，离型层起到方便剥离薄膜的技术效果。
所述的UV硬化层是紫外光固化涂料层，其有很高的硬度和耐磨性，可以在使用中经受磨擦和碰撞。
所述的装饰印刷层采用印刷方式模仿出不锈钢、铝型材、钛合金及木纹类装饰效果，方便客户根据需要对图案和色彩进行选择。
所述的粘结层可以在热压情况时把装饰膜粘贴到家具材料上，方便使用。
本实用新型的优点是：以低收缩率聚酯薄膜为基础，经过多层涂布加工，并带有粘合剂，可以方便地在家具上加工出现代装饰效果，无毒、无害，方便环保。

具体实施方式
如图1本实用新型的剖面结构示意图所示，一种高耐磨家具封边装饰膜，从下而上依次由粘结层5、装饰印刷层4、UV硬化层3、离型层2和聚酯薄膜层1构成，其中，所述的聚酯薄膜层1为低收缩率厚膜，厚度为25～30μm。装饰完毕后剥离掉，无须留在家具上，离型层2起到方便剥离聚酯薄膜层1的技术效果。
本实施例中UV硬化层3选用紫外光固化涂料层，其有很高的硬度和耐磨性，可以在使用中经受磨擦和碰撞。
本实用新型各材料选材坚持环保理念，不但可以方便地在家具上加工出现代装饰效果，而且无毒、无害，方便使用。

1.一种高耐磨家具封边装饰膜，其特征在于：从下而上依次由粘结层、装饰印刷层、UV硬化层、离型层和聚酯薄膜层构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高耐磨家具封边装饰膜，其特征在于：所述的聚酯薄膜层为低收缩率厚膜，厚度为25～30μm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高耐磨家具封边装饰膜，其特征在于：所述的UV硬化层是紫外光固化涂料层。
