本实用新型涉及一种全面转移镀铝膜，尤其是一种雾面全面转移镀铝膜，属于人造皮革表面特殊加工制造技术领域。
背景技术
所谓转移膜是指带有接着剂的图文，在热力或压力作用下，能连同保护层一起脱离开载体膜，牢固接着于人造革或塑料等制品表面，具特殊功能的印刷膜。一般包括有PET膜基层、离型剂层、上色层、保护层、镀铝层和底胶层，公知的这种转移膜其上色层表面有光泽，随着市场的发展和人们审美观的改变，需要一种表面无光泽而有雾化感的颜色。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种表面有雾化感的全面转移镀铝膜，即一种雾面转移膜。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在PET膜基层与离型剂层之间有一层雾化层，所述雾化层采用磨砂氩光树脂涂布制得，涂布量为5-10g/m2。
本实用新型的有益效果是：人造革表面有雾化感，可满足部份消费者的视觉和审美要求，容易取得商业上的成功。

具体实施方式
参见附图，本实用新型包括有PET膜基层(1)、离型剂层(3)、上色层(4)、保护层(5)、镀铝层(6)、底胶层(7)，其特征在于：在PET膜基层(1)与离型剂层(3)之间有一层雾化层(2)，雾化层(2)是一种磨砂氩光树脂。可以涂布方法制得，涂布量为5-10g/m2。最好为8g/m2。

1.一种雾面全面转移镀铝膜，包括有PET膜基层(1)、离型剂层(3)、上色层(4)、保护层(5)、镀铝层(6)、底胶层(7)，其特征在于：在PET膜基层(1)与离型剂层(3)之间有一层雾化层(2)，雾化层(2)是一种磨砂氩光树脂。
2.根据权利要求1.所述的雾面全面转移镀铝膜，其特征在于：雾化层(2)用涂布方法制得，涂布量为5-10g/m2。
