沼气作为一种清洁干净的新能源被广泛使用,目前在厌氧沼气池反应中经常出现沼气发生泄露,而且沼气池反应装置内的三相分离器容易产生变形,不稳定等问题。

如图1所示,本实用新型所公布的新型厌氧沼气池反应装置,包括三相分离器3、溢流管5和出气管6,所述三相分离器3中间设有集气箱2,所述集气箱2与三相分离器3连接处设有导气孔7,在所述集气箱2的上侧设有溢流槽1,同时三相分离器3下面还设有支架4。
厌氧沼气池反应装置内产生的沼气,经由三相分离器3分离后,通过导气孔7收集在集气箱2内,由出气管6输送出厌氧沼气池反应装置。
综上所述,本实用新型能有效防止沼气发生泄露,防止沼气池反应装置内三相分离器变形,不稳定等问题。
