    传统农村使用的沼气设备大多为水压式沼气系统,其内部的气压不易调节,且使用后产生的沼渣和沼液每隔一段时间就需要人工掏出清除,费时费力,十分不便。因此设想提供一种设备来解决这一问题。

    本实用新型的目的就是提供一种环保太阳能沼气系统,能够充分利用太阳能,冬天可以正常使用。自动出料,沼渣沼液自动分离,使用方便,产气量高,气舱内的压力达到一定的程度就会自动调节,自动把沼渣排出去使池内气压保持稳定,没有气压增大的危险,且造价比传统水压式沼气低,实用价值高。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种环保太阳能沼气系统,包括厌氧反应池:厌氧反应池左端上方设置有进料池与酸化池,进料池连接到酸化池,酸化池通过酸化池管道连接到厌氧反应池;厌氧反应池中部上方设置有贮备池,贮备池通过若干贮备池管道连接到厌氧反应池,贮备池底部设置有若干排气孔与厌氧反应池互通;厌氧反应池右端上方设置有出料仓,出料仓通过出料仓管道连接到厌氧反应池,出料仓侧边设置有出料池,出料池中部安装有过滤网,过滤网将出料池分为上部的沼渣池和下部的沼液池,出料仓与沼渣池之间通过若干出料口相连接,沼液池侧边开有出液口;厌氧反应池底部靠近酸化池管道处设置有入料挡板,厌氧反应池顶部靠近贮备池管道处设置有上挡板,厌氧反应池底部靠近出料仓管道处设置有出料挡板。
所述进料池、出料池顶部设置有盖板,酸化池、贮备池、出料仓顶部使用塑料纸或红泥布覆盖密封。
