Abstract
一种卡连接器,包括绝缘本体,该绝缘本体设有侧壁及底壁;若干导电端子,收容于前述底壁中;遮蔽壳体,设置于绝缘本体上方,二者配合形成一个收容电子卡的收容空间,其中卡连接器还包括断面大致呈L形的加强板,加强板包括水平壁及竖直壁,水平壁收容并固持于绝缘本体,遮蔽壳体卡持于竖直壁。通过设置与绝缘本体一体成型的加强板,可加强绝缘本体的强度,在受热或外力时,不会产生较大的变形;且加强板强度较高,遮蔽壳体与该加强板配合的配合力不会使加强板变形。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种卡连接器,尤指卡连接器的组装结构。
【背景技术】
现有卡连接器通常包括收容导电端子的绝缘本体及遮罩于绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体,二者通过若干凸块及扣持孔配合实现扣合,该配合之间存在配合力。绝缘本体与导电端子通过一体成型制成,塑料材质的绝缘本体可能存在应力。当卡连接器配合后向印刷电路板焊接的过程中,通常需要受热焊接,该过程中,绝缘本体会因受热变软,配合力会使其变形;其本身存在的应力也会使其变形。
因此,需要一种可以解决上述问题的卡连接器。
【实用新型内容】
实用新型的目的在于提供强度更高的卡连接器。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种卡连接器,包括绝缘本体,该绝缘本体设有侧壁及底壁;若干导电端子,收容于前述底壁中;遮蔽壳体,设置于绝缘本体上方,二者配合形成一个收容电子卡的收容空间,其中卡连接器还包括断面大致呈L形的加强板,加强板包括水平壁及竖直壁,水平壁收容并固持于绝缘本体,遮蔽壳体卡持于竖直壁。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:通过设置与绝缘本体一体成型的加强板,可加强绝缘本体的强度,在受热或外力时,不会产生较大的变形;且加强板强度较高,遮蔽壳体与该加强板配合的配合力不会使加强板变形。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图4所示,本实用新型卡连接器100包括绝缘本体2,该绝缘本体2设有侧壁22及底壁21;若干导电端子3,收容于前述底壁21中;遮蔽壳体1,设置于绝缘本体2上方,二者配合形成一个收容电子卡(未图示)的收容空间;及一对设于绝缘本体2两侧的加强板4。
所述加强板4断面大致呈L形,具有竖直的与遮蔽壳体1配合的竖直壁41,及水平的与绝缘本体2配合的水平壁42。
竖直壁41设有若干从上往下倾斜向外突出的突出部411,遮蔽壳体1设有顶板11及设置于顶板11两侧并向下延伸的侧板12,每个侧板12设有与突出部411相扣合的扣持孔121,遮蔽壳体1从上向下向加强板4按压后,扣持孔121卡持于突出部411,实现遮蔽壳体1与加强板4的配合。遮蔽壳体1的每个侧板12设有前后两个扣持孔121,遮蔽壳体1的侧部设有在两个扣持孔121之间的限位板13,限位板13将遮蔽壳体1的侧壁22分为前后两个,且遮蔽壳体1两侧限位板13的间距小于侧板12的间距;所述竖直壁41设有冲压变形并阻挡于限位板13前后的收容部412;收容部412由竖直壁41向外冲压形成,收容部412的前后两端阻挡于限位板13的前后两端,可防止遮蔽壳体1装配于绝缘本体2后在前后方向的移动。所述收容部412设置于两个突出部411之间。绝缘本体2的侧壁22设有前后两段,收容部412及突出部411设置于该两段侧壁22之间。绝缘本体2的前后两段侧壁22的顶端设有向内凸伸的凸边221,竖直壁41的前后两端收容于凸边221及底壁21之间。
加强板4的水平壁42通过一体成型收容于绝缘本体2的底壁21。所述水平壁42设有冲压形成的向下突起的焊接部421,绝缘本体2的底壁21对应焊接部421处设有从下向上的凹陷部211,焊接部421遮覆于该凹陷部211的底面,且焊接部421的底面突出于底壁21的下表面。绝缘本体2的底壁21与水平壁42相对应的部分设有一体成型时供模具穿过并固定加强板4的穿孔212。
Claims (10)
1.一种卡连接器,包括绝缘本体,该绝缘本体设有侧壁及底壁;若干导电端子,收容于前述底壁中;遮蔽壳体,设置于绝缘本体上方,二者配合形成一个收容电子卡的收容空间,其特征在于:还包括断面大致呈L形的加强板,加强板包括水平壁及竖直壁,水平壁收容并固持于绝缘本体,遮蔽壳体卡持于竖直壁。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡连接器,其特征在于:所述竖直壁设有若干从上往下倾斜向外突出的突出部,遮蔽壳体设有侧板,每个侧板设有与突出部相扣合的扣持孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的卡连接器,其特征在于:遮蔽壳体的侧部设有限位板,所述竖直壁设有冲压变形并阻挡于限位板前后的收容部。
4.如权利要求3所述的卡连接器,其特征在于:限位板将遮蔽壳体的侧壁分为前后两个,且遮蔽壳体两侧限位板的间距小于侧板的间距;收容部由竖直壁向外冲压形成,收容部的前后两端阻挡于限位板的前后两端。
5.如权利要求4所述的卡连接器,其特征在于:绝缘本体的侧壁设有前后两段,收容部及突出部设置于该两段侧壁之间。
6.如权利要求5所述的卡连接器,其特征在于:绝缘本体前后两段侧壁的顶端设有向内凸伸的凸边,竖直壁的前后两端收容于凸边及底壁之间。
7.如权利要求2所述的卡连接器,其特征在于:加强板的水平壁通过一体成型收容于绝缘本体的底壁。
8.如权利要求7所述的卡连接器,其特征在于:所述水平壁设有冲压形成的向下突起的焊接部。
9.如权利要求8所述的卡连接器,其特征在于:绝缘本体的底壁对应焊接部设有从下向上的凹陷部,焊接部遮覆于该凹陷部的底面,且焊接部的底面突出于底壁的下表面。
10.如权利要求9所述的卡连接器,其特征在于:绝缘本体的底壁与水平壁相对应的部分设有一体成型时供模具穿过并固定加强板的穿孔。
