技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种水泥制造设备，尤其是一种干法水泥窑预分解炉用的燃烧器，具体地说是一种带有螺旋钝体的干法水泥窑预分解炉燃烧器喷嘴。
背景技术
目前，随着城市化进程的加剧，城市和道路建设需要大量的水泥，因此，水泥工业得到了飞速发展。为了适应水泥产量的需要，一方面要新建水泥炉窑，另一方法还应通过对现有水泥炉窑的改进来提高产量。而水泥炉窑是耗能大户，提高炉窑的燃烧效率是实现节能减排的关键。现有的干法水泥窑的预分解炉的喷嘴均为直管式结构，煤粉在喷嘴中主要作直线运动，从入口端直接喷入燃烧器中，导致燃烧效率不高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有的干法水泥窑预分解炉燃烧器燃烧效率不高的问题，设计一种能提高燃烧效率的带有螺旋钝体的干法水泥窑预分解炉燃烧器。
本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种带有螺旋钝体的干法水泥窑预分解炉燃烧器喷嘴，包括喷管1，其特征是所述的喷管1的出口端中安装有一端呈锥状结构的钝体2，且钝体2的锥尖与煤粉入口端相对，钝体2的周围安装有螺旋叶片3。
所述的钝体2的长度为50～100，钝体的直径为φ50～φ80。
所述的叶片3的数量为3～12片，叶片3的螺旋角为30～35度。
本实用新型的有益效果：
本实用新型通过在喷管中增加一个钝体，使原先直线运动的煤粉受阻后产生螺旋运动并在燃烧器内部迅速扩散，有利于延长煤粉在燃烧器中的停留时间，增加煤粉与氧气的接触面积，使燃烧更加充分彻底。
本实用新型结构简单，易于实现。

一种带有螺旋钝体的干法水泥窑预分解炉燃烧器喷嘴，包括喷管1，所述的喷管1的出口端中安装有一端呈锥状结构的钝体2，且钝体2的锥尖与煤粉入口端相对，钝体2的周围安装有螺旋叶片3，叶片3的数量可为3-12片，其中以6片为最佳。如图1所示，钝体2正对煤粉入口的一端为圆柱体，另一端呈锥体，高压煤粉从图1右端进入后对钝体2的圆锥体产生冲击，圆锥体将煤粉反击扩散再通过叶片3排入燃烧器中，由于煤粉作螺旋运动，因此延长了煤粉在燃烧器中的停留时间，同时也增加了煤粉与氧气的接触面积，使燃烧更充分知名度。为了保证扩散效果，所述的钝体2的长度应控制在50～100之间，钝体的直径应控制在φ50～φ80之间。

1.一种带有螺旋钝体的干法水泥窑预分解炉燃烧器喷嘴，包括喷管（1），其特征是所述的喷管（1）的出口端中安装有一端呈锥状结构的钝体（2），且钝体（2）的锥尖与煤粉入口端相对，钝体（2）的周围安装有螺旋叶片（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷嘴，其特征是所述的叶片（3）的数量为3～12片，叶片（3）的螺旋角为30～35度。
