发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种中性笔，在能提供书写功能的前提下，还具有铅笔功能，做到一笔两用。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的：该中性笔，包括笔杆、笔帽和笔芯，笔芯装置在笔杆内，笔帽扣在笔杆前端，在笔杆后端端面的盲孔中插有一段铅笔芯，在笔杆后端上扣有防护帽，平时防护帽罩住铅笔芯，避免铅笔芯折断。在用于考试时，用中性笔笔芯可以书写答题，在做选择题涂卡时，可以取下笔杆后端上的防护帽，使用铅笔芯，做到两种笔合二为一体。
