背景技术
涂卡铅笔和中性笔是现在学生经常使用的工具。目前市场上出售的涂卡铅笔和中性笔功能单一，在考试的时候可能会忘记携带某一种笔影响考试，而同时携带中性笔和涂卡铅笔很不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种带有涂卡铅笔的中性笔。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型在中性笔杆的一端设置中性笔头，另一端设置笔帽，铅笔杆的一端设置铅笔头，另一端设置橡皮，在铅笔杆上还设置出铅按钮，铅笔杆的两端可安装在笔帽内。
通过以上设置，本实用新型将涂卡铅笔和中性笔有机结合在一起，实现了只要携带一支笔就可以满足考试需要的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型在中性笔杆1的一端设置中性笔头2，另一端设置笔帽3，铅笔杆4的一端设置铅笔头5，另一端设置橡皮6，在铅笔杆4上还设置出铅按钮7，铅笔杆4的两端可安装在笔帽3内。通过以上设置，考试时将铅笔杆4带橡皮6的一端安装在笔帽3内，使中性笔杆1与铅笔杆4形成一体，便于两端使用，不用铅笔或者需要擦除铅笔字时，将铅笔杆4带铅笔头5的一端安装在笔帽3内使用。
