本实用新型涉及一种下料器，具体地说涉及在三氧化二锑冶炼过程中使用的一种带有出风口的下料器。
背景技术
三氧化二锑粉末冶炼完成后，在下料器的出口处对产品三氧化二锑粉末要进行装袋工作，通常情况下装袋时粉末不会全部进入包装袋里，一部分粉尘先飞到空中，再下沉到地上，这部分漏到地上的粉末受到外面空气和地面的污染，需要对其再次进行回炉冶炼，同时飞扬在空气中的粉尘对工作人员身体也产生了伤害。
发明内容
针对上述技术存在的缺陷，本实用型提供一种带出风口的下料器，可以防止三氧化锑粉末在装袋时漏出到地面上。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：一种带有出风口的下料器，由沉降斗（4）、出风口（2）、手摇柄（5）、叶片（10）组成，手摇柄（5）连着叶片（10），叶片安装在沉降斗（4）下端的里面空间里，在出料口（6）与叶片（10）之间的沉降斗的壁上开一出风口（2），出风口（2）连接着引风管（3）和引风机（7），进入第二个沉降斗进行包装。
所述的叶片（10）为6片。
本实用新型的有益效果是：出风口把飞扬的三氧化二锑粉尘吸了过去，资源得以再利用，工作环境干净，对工作人员身体健康得以保护。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，一种带有出风口的下料器，沉降斗（4）固定安装在支架（1）上，手摇柄（5）连着6片叶片（10），叶片安装在沉降斗（4）下端的里面空间里，在出料口（6）与叶片（10）之间的沉降斗的壁上开一出风口（2）。当冶炼好的三氧化二锑粉末从沉降斗上端的进料口处下来，通过手摇柄（5）的摇动带动叶片（10）的转到，使三氧化二锑粉末顺便从出料口（6）出来，进入包装袋（11），一部分扬起的粉尘由出风口（2）进入引风管（3），引风管（3）因引风机（7）的动力把粉尘吸进到第二个沉降斗（9），从第二个出料口（8）出来进行第二次包装。

1.一种带有出风口的下料器，由沉降斗（4）、出风口（2）、手摇柄（5）、叶片（10）组成，其特征为：手摇柄（5）连着叶片（10），叶片安装在沉降斗（4）下端的里面空间里，在出料口（6）与叶片（10）之间的沉降斗的壁上开一出风口（2），出风口（2）连接着引风管（3）和引风机（7），进入第二个沉降斗进行包装。
