本实用新型涉及一种农用机具,具体属于精选谷物的装置。
背景技术
现在,常用的谷物精选装置结构较简单。主要采用谷物从筛网落下时,风机直接吹向谷物,靠重力进行谷物和糠皮分离的方式。由于筛网又长又低,所以往往吹不干净,而且糠皮不受控制到处飞落,影响环境卫生。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是,提供一种精选效果好,精选效率高,且不易污染环境的谷物精选装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:包括外筒和内筒,内筒装在谷糠分离板上,谷糠分离板固定在外筒内壁上,谷糠分离板的外径与外筒内径相同,谷糠分离板的边沿设有漏谷口,内筒与外筒同轴心,外筒外部下方设有吸风管,外筒顶部设有抽风孔。
由于本实用新型设有抽风孔和吸风管,在外筒内壁和内筒外壁之间的空间内形成螺旋上升的气流,谷物和杂物在气流和离心力的作用下分离开。同时,精选谷物是在有限封闭空间内进行,谷糠不易四处飞扬污染环境,同时精选效果好,精选效率高。

具体实施方式
图1和图2所示,本实用新型包括外筒3和内筒2,内筒2焊在谷糠分离板5上,谷糠分离板5焊接在外筒3内壁上,谷糠分离板5的外径与外筒3内径相同,谷糠分离板5的边沿开有漏谷口6,内筒2与外筒3同轴心。外筒3外部下方装有吸风管4,吸风管4的外壁和外筒3的外径相切,外筒3顶部设有抽风孔1。工作时,抽风机的抽风管接在抽风孔1上,吸风管4将谷物连同杂物和糠皮一起吸入外筒3内,并在外筒3内壁和内筒2外壁之间形成的空间内旋转向上运动。由于吸风管4与外筒3相切,因此,筒内形成的风为高速旋转的旋风。在旋风的作用下,重的谷物靠离心力作用贴近外筒3内壁旋转,在重力的作用下落入漏谷口6中直至落出外筒3。而质轻的杂物和糠皮重力小,产生的离心力较小,在还没运动到外筒3内壁时,就被抽风机从抽风口抽出去了。因此,本实用新型较容易实现谷物和糠皮的分离。经抽风孔抽出的糠皮较容易被收集起来,不易污染环境。

1.一种谷物精选装置,其特征在于:包括外筒(3)和内筒(2),内筒(2)装在谷糠分离板(5)上,谷糠分离板(5)固定在外筒(3)下部内壁上,谷糠分离板(5)的外径与外筒(3)内径相同,谷糠分离板(5)的边沿设有漏谷口(6),内筒(2)与外筒(3)同轴心,外筒(3)外部下方设有吸风管(4),外筒(3)顶部设有抽风孔(1)。
