Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型属于医疗器械领域，具体涉及一种用于妇产科引产用的工具。
背景技术
通常人们在进行妇产科引产手术时大都用药物引产和水囊引产两种。水囊引产是将水囊放置在妊娠孕妇子宫壁和胎膜囊之间，用以诱发引起宫缩，促进胎盘娩出。为了解决临床上通常使用安全套与导尿管结合，容易带诸多问题或出现的引产失败。先在应用的一些水囊引产器，主要是采用了一个具有双腔的导管，该双腔导管分别与宫腔水囊和一个被其包裹在内小水囊相通。其小水囊的作用是当小水囊充水后位于子宫内口上方，用以阻挡宫腔水囊的脱落。上述中的水囊引产期因属专用的医疗器械，有效解决了传统自行组装的水囊引产器的缺陷。但是根据生产及使用要求来说，该水囊引产器的整体设计结构相对复杂，即为双腔导管和双体水囊。因其中一小水囊的两端是封闭于导管上，而且还设置在宫腔水囊的内部，这样无法得知内部的小水囊是否有存在泄漏问题。另外，宫腔水囊具有可塑性，可随宫腔形态的变化而变化，因而小水囊的设置时没有必要的。再者，其内的小水囊与导管的固定封闭工艺要求高，难度大导致工艺的复杂。此外该水囊引产器属一次性用品，故带来相应的成本高等问题。
因此本领域迫切需要一种结构简单、操作方便的水囊引产器。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足而提供一种使用方便且安全可靠妇产科引产水囊。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括水囊和橡胶管，其特别之处在于，橡胶管的一端通过螺纹旋转插入水囊内，橡胶管的另外一端设置有喇叭形开口。
本实用新型使用方便，安全可靠，能够减轻患者的痛苦。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图做进一步说明：
如图1所示，一种妇产科引产器，包括水囊和橡胶管，橡胶管的一端通过螺纹旋转插入水囊内，橡胶管的另外一端设置有喇叭形开口。使用时插人水囊将已经做好之水囊涂以石蜡油，以长钳夹住囊中段，沿宫颈管缓慢送人子宫腔，直到水囊全部放进子宫腔内(放到丝线结扎处)，置于子宫壁和胎膜囊之间。在放水囊过程中切勿触碰阴道壁，以防感染。如遇到阻力或出血(碰到胎盘)，应调换方向，从子宫另一侧重新放入。

1.一种妇产科引产器，包括水囊和橡胶管，其特征在于：橡胶管的一端通过螺纹旋转插入水囊内，橡胶管的另外一端设置有喇叭形开口。
