背景技术
人工破膜引产是产科常用的引产催产方法,目前临床上实施的人工破膜术的方法是:常规外阴消毒后,助产医生带无菌手套,用左手食、中指剥膜后,触之前羊膜囊。右手持破膜叉或妇科钳,沿左手的食中指指引刺破或夹破胎膜。存在手术精准度较差,易造成胎儿头皮损伤的缺点,破膜后羊水流出时存在可能沿官颈管损伤的血管进入产妇母体血液循环,产生诱发产妇羊水栓塞的风险。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点,提供一一种结构简单,使用方便的人工破膜导套。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:人工破膜导套,包括导套管和导套座,其特征在于:内孔直径为4mm,壁厚为3mm的导套管的前端设有半圆环状的触膜环,导套管的后部设有导套座,导套座的侧面设有引流管,引流管与导套管内孔相通,导套座的尾部开有塞孔。
本实用新型结构简单,用来引导破膜刺针进行人工破膜术具有使用方便,安全可靠的优点。同时可引流羊水,减少产妇发生羊水栓塞的风险。

具体实施方式
人工破膜导套,包括导套管(2)和导套座(4),其特征在于:内孔(3)直径为4mm,壁厚为3mm的导套管(2)的前端设有半圆环状的触膜环(1),导套管(2)的后部设有导套座(4),导套座(4)的侧面设有引流管(5),引流管(5)与导套管内孔(3)相通,导套座(4)的尾部开有塞孔(6)。本实施例采用医用塑料制造。经灭菌处理后进行包装,为一次性医疗器械。
使用时,将本实用新型经产妇阴道进入子宫颈并触及胎膜,之后持破膜刺针在本实施新型内孔(3)的引导下进入宫颈,将胎膜刺破。撤除破膜刺针并用塞堵将本实用新型的塞孔(6)封堵,将软管联接在引流管(5)上,以便将羊水引流。
