所述装饰层为贝壳装饰层。
本实用新型达到的技术效果如下：一种竹节型笔筒，通过本技术方案，不但重新利用了被废弃的破碎贝壳，使竹节型笔筒增加了层次感，立体效果更佳，并且其工艺制作简单，制作成本低，外形美观。
