本实用新型公开了一种USB连接器结构，要解决的技术问题是提高防静电效果，缩小PCB的面积，提高USB接头与母头的配合效果及产品的质量。本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种USB连接器结构，包括金属壳及金属端子，所述金属壳设在金属端子外，所述金属壳内设有塑料支撑件，所述金属端子设在塑料支撑件上，所述金属端子与塑料支撑件一体成型，所述金属端子的后端突起部分连接设在塑料支撑件下端的PCB板。本实用新型与现有技术相比，采用将金属端子与塑料支撑件一体成型，并将PCB板设在塑料支撑件的上台阶的下表面上，使得提高防静电效果、且缩小了PCB的面积，提高USB接头与母头的配合效果及产品的质量。

本实用新型涉及一种移动存储设备，特别是一种USB连接器结构。
背景技术
在现有的移动存储设备中，USB连接器产品已成为常用接口，但是其USB连接器的印刷电路板PCB板是外露的，防静电效果差，且PCB的面积大，影响其USB接头与母头的配合，降低产品的质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种USB连接器结构，要解决的技术问题是提高防静电效果，缩小PCB的面积，提高USB接头与母头的配合效果及产品的质量。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种USB连接器结构，包括金属壳及金属端子，所述金属壳设在金属端子外，所述金属壳内设有塑料支撑件，所述金属端子设在塑料支撑件上，所述金属端子与塑料支撑件一体成型，所述金属端子的后端突起部分连接设在塑料支撑件下端的PCB板。
本实用新型的塑料支撑件为台阶状结构，由一个矩形的下台阶及设在下台阶上端呈矩形的上台阶组成。
本实用新型金属端子的接触部设在下台阶上，PCB板设在塑料支撑件的上台阶的下表面上，金属端子的后端突起部分穿过上台阶的下表面与PCB板连接，金属壳卡接在塑料支撑件的外部。
本实用新型的金属壳形状为矩形。
本实用新型的金属端子截面形状为Ω形，呈条状。
本实用新型的金属端子的两端、Ω形凸起反方向设有向下弯折90°的弯折，弯折端部设有宽度小于弯折宽度的突起，其中一个突起再弯折90°后向外延伸。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，采用将金属端子与塑料支撑件一体成型，并将PCB板设在塑料支撑件的上台阶的下表面上，使得提高防静电效果、且缩小了PCB的面积，提高USB接头与母头的配合效果及产品的质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
如图1、2、3和4所示，本实用新型的USB连接器结构，包括矩形的金属壳1及截面形状为Ω形、呈条状的金属端子3，所述金属壳1设在金属端子3外，在金属壳1内设有塑料支撑件2，塑料支撑件2的形状为台阶结构，该台阶结构由一个矩形的下台阶21及设在下台阶21上端呈矩形的上台阶22组成，金属端子3设在塑料支撑件2的下台阶21的表面上。所述金属端子3经冲压成型后与塑料支撑件2一体注塑成型，金属端子3的接触部6设在台阶结构的下台阶21上，PCB板4设在塑料支撑件2的上台阶22的下表面上，金属端子3的后端突起部分32穿过上台阶22的下表面与PCB板4连接，金属壳1卡接在塑料支撑件2的外部。
如图5、图6和图7所示，金属端子3截面形状为Ω形，在金属端子3的两端、Ω形凸起反方向设有向下弯折90°的弯折31，弯折31端部设有宽度小于弯折31宽度的突起32，其中一个突起32再弯折90°后向外延伸。
安装时，先将金属端子3置于塑料支承件2的模具中，与塑料支承件2一体成型，得到带金属端子3的塑料组件；将PCB板4置于塑料支撑件2的上台阶的下表面，金属端子3的一端焊脚穿过PCB板4的孔，放平整并焊接好，即PCB板4完全隐藏于塑料支撑件2的下方；将USB金属壳1从前往后套在塑料支撑件2上，并卡到位，即塑料支承件2前端与USB金属壳1平齐。

Claims (6)

1.一种USB连接器结构，包括金属壳(1)及金属端子(3)，所述金属壳(1)设在金属端子(3)外，其特征在于：所述金属壳(1)内设有塑料支撑件(2)，所述金属端子(3)设在塑料支撑件(2)上，所述金属端子(3)与塑料支撑件(2)一体成型，所述金属端子(3)的后端突起部分(32)连接设在塑料支撑件(2)下端的PCB板(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的USB连接器结构，其特征在于：所述塑料支撑件(2)为台阶状结构，由一个矩形的下台阶(21)及设在下台阶(21)上端呈矩形的上台阶(22)组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的USB连接器结构，其特征在于：所述金属端子(3)的接触部(6)设在下台阶(21)上，PCB板(4)设在塑料支撑件(2)的上台阶(22)的下表面上，金属端子(3)的后端突起部分(32)穿过上台阶(22)的下表面与PCB板(4)连接，金属壳(1)卡接在塑料支撑件(2)的外部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的USB连接器结构，其特征在于：所述金属壳(1)形状为矩形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的USB连接器结构，其特征在于：所述金属端子(3)截面形状为Ω形，呈条状。
6.根据权利要求5所述的USB连接器结构，其特征在于：所述金属端子(3)的两端、Ω形凸起反方向设有向下弯折90°的弯折(31)，弯折(31)端部设有宽度小于弯折(31)宽度的突起(32)，其中一个突起(32)再弯折90°后向外延伸。
