本实用新型是油田抽油井用的设备,是一种双向保护抽油杆接箍。
背景技术
在用抽油泵生产的油井中,抽油杆联接抽油泵的柱塞,抽油杆在油管内上下往复运动,使抽油泵工作将井内原油抽至地面。不管是直井,还是斜井,这种抽油系统的抽油杆与油管之间都是在接触中运动,所以存在摩擦和磨损问题。为了防止抽油杆与油管之间的磨损,采取了许多防磨措施,其中一种是在抽油杆柱上安装扶正器,但扶正器的材料是非金属,不耐磨损,使用寿命短,防磨期短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种双向保护抽油杆接箍,减少抽油杆与油管之间的磨损,增加油井生产周期,减少修井费用。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:有本体,本体为圆柱体,在本体内加工了螺纹,本体外表面加工有扳手槽,本体两端为圆角过渡,本体上有热喷涂耐磨层,热喷涂耐磨层为合金粉沫,如镍基合金粉,喷层厚度大于0.25mm,硬度高于HRC 50,表面粗糙度低于0.0004mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于本体表面热喷涂耐磨层后再进行磨光加工,使其表面光洁度高,硬度高,摩擦系数低,磨损减轻,能同时延长油管、抽油杆的使用寿命,达到双向保护的目的,具有显著的经济效益。

如图所示,本体1为圆柱体,在本体1内加工了螺纹3,螺纹为抽油杆连接螺纹,本体1外表面加工有扳手槽4,便于安装扳手上卸本体螺纹,本体1两端为圆角过渡,避免起下过程中与油管内壁碰撞造成表面损坏,本体1上有热喷涂耐磨层2。热喷涂耐磨层2为合金粉沫,如镍基合金粉。喷层厚度大于0.25mm,硬度高于HRC 50,耐磨、耐腐蚀。热喷涂耐磨层2后对表面进行磨光处理,表面粗糙度低于0.0004mm,使其与油管的摩擦系数降低到0.01以下,除自身耐磨外,也不会磨损油管,起到了双向保护的作用。
