本实用新型属于油田抽油用的抽油杆接箍,是一种耐磨抽油杆接箍。
背景技术:
在油田抽油系统中,抽油杆和油管有相对的接触运动,抽油杆与油管之间必然存在着摩擦,也就不可避免的出现了抽油杆、油管的磨损。特别是深井和斜井,抽油杆在油管内很容易弯曲,出现严重的抽油杆偏磨油管的问题,产生偏磨后使油管和抽油杆不能使用,造成油井作业,油井免修期短,增加作业费用,增加杆管消耗,油井停产时间多,减少原油产量。采油技术上常采用耐磨抽油杆接箍来解决油管和抽油杆偏磨的问题,如中国专利申请200420029609.3耐磨抽油杆接箍,这种抽油杆接箍外表面为非金属,不耐磨损,仍然出现油管抽油杆油管偏磨的问题,油井生产周期仍然较短。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是设计一种耐磨抽油杆接箍,延长抽油杆的使用寿命,减少油井作业次数。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:为金属体,内有通穿的连接抽油杆的内螺纹,在一端设有安装管钳的平面,在金属体上有大直径段,在大直径段上有热喷涂耐磨层,耐磨层两端为圆孤过渡。
本实用新型的有益效果是:在大直径段上有热喷涂耐磨层,再对耐磨层进行磨光加工,使其表面光洁度高,硬度高,摩擦系数低,磨损减轻,能同时延长油管、抽油杆使用寿命,从而可以延长油井工作周期,提高经济效益。

下面结合附图本实用新型的实施例进行说明。
为金属体1,内有通穿的连接抽油杆的内螺纹3,与抽油杆连接,在一端设有安装管钳的平面4,在金属体1上有大直径段,在大直径段上有热喷涂耐磨层2,耐磨层2两端为圆孤过渡,便于通过油管接箍。热喷涂耐磨层2为合金粉末,如镍基合金粉。喷层厚度大于0.25mm,硬度高于HRC50,耐磨、耐腐蚀。热喷涂耐磨层2后对表面进行磨光处理,表面粗糙度低于0.0004mm,使其与油管的摩擦系数降低到0.01以下,除自身耐磨外,也不会磨损油管,起到了双向保护的作用。

1、一种耐磨抽油杆接箍,为金属体(1),内有通穿的连接抽油杆的内螺纹(3),在一端设有安装管钳的平面(4),其特征是:在金属体(1)上有大直径段,在大直径段上有热喷涂耐磨层(2),耐磨层(2)两端为圆孤过渡。
