本实用新型涉及一种建筑装饰材料，特别涉及一种踢脚线。
背景技术
踢脚线是现代家庭装修中不可或缺的一种装饰材料，铺装踢脚线主要有三个作用：
其一是美观，在居室设计中，踢脚线起着视觉的平衡作用，利用它们的线形感觉及材质、色彩等与地板相呼应，使墙面与地板间有过渡，起到色彩过渡和衔接的装饰作用；可以起到较好的美化装饰效果。
其二能起到固定地面装饰材料、掩盖地面装饰材料的伸缩缝和施工中的加工痕迹、提高地面装修的整体感、保护墙角易受损伤的部位、保证墙体材料正常使用的作用。
其三避免主人在清洁时把拖把上的灰尘、脏水溅到墙上，留下黑印等。踢脚线比较容易擦洗，擦洗非常方便。有利于房屋的清洁维护。
为了实现踢脚线的美观功能，各种各样造型漂亮、做工精致的踢脚线不断提陈出新，如在踢脚线的装饰板上雕刻花纹，镶嵌装饰条。采用镶嵌装饰条的方法虽然提高了装饰面板的美观效果，但由于这种方法首先需要对面板进行挖槽，然后由人工把装饰条镶嵌入槽体，采用这样的方法，不仅工艺复杂，工作效率低，制作流程长，而且人工成本也高。特别是对于金属条与挖槽之间的间隙配合要求高，否则金属条很难嵌入槽体内，如果间隙过大，则很容易积灰，清洁卫生不好处理。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：针对上述存在的问题，提供一种制作简单、成本低、生产效率高且具有非常好的装饰效果的踢脚线。
为了解决以上技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
本实用新型踢脚线包括具有装饰面和贴合面的踢脚线板材，如实木板材。所述装饰面上涂覆有金属层。由于采用涂覆工艺在装饰面板上形成一层金属层，特别是采用烫金机在装饰面板上涂覆而形成的烫金层或烫银层。其制作工艺简单，效率高，而且由于金属层是涂覆在装饰面板表面，和装饰面板紧密贴合，没有缝隙或间隙，表面不容易积灰，既美观，又方便擦洗，有利于清洁维护。
更进一步的是，所述金属层位于装饰面的中部，且沿装饰面的长度方向分布。特别是金属层的宽度为8-15mm。采用这样的结构，金属层宽度适宜，涂覆成本低，视觉平衡效果好。

如图1所示的踢脚线，包括具有装饰面2和贴合面3的实木踢脚线板材，在装饰面的中部，且沿装饰面的长度方向a涂覆有宽度b为8-15mm的金属层1。
上述金属层的形成方法，可以通过烫金机在踢脚线的装饰面上进行各种金箔，银箔，铜箔等的烫金印刷，从而在装饰面上迅速形成金属层，如烫金层或烫银层或烫铜层。
上述实木踢脚线板材也可以为其他材质的踢脚线板材。
上述金属层的颜色可以根据实木板材的装饰面的颜色，进行协调搭配。
上述金属层的宽度和在装饰面上的位置分布可以根据实木板材的设计需要进行调整，可以在中部，上部或者下部，以达到最佳视觉效果为佳。
本实用新型踢脚线具有其制作工艺简单，生产效率高，易维护的特点。将本实用新型新型的实木踢脚线布置在脚踢得着的墙面区域，不仅能使墙体和地面之间结合牢固，减少墙体变形，避免外力碰撞造成破坏；还能起到很好的立体视觉效果，美化家居环境。

2.如权利要求1所述的踢脚线，其特征在于：所述金属层位于装饰面的中部，且沿装饰面的长度方向分布。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的踢脚线，其特征在于：所述金属层为烫金层。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的踢脚线，其特征在于：所述金属层为烫银层。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的踢脚线，其特征在于：所述金属层的宽度为8-15mm。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的踢脚线，其特征在于：所述金属层为烫金机涂覆在装饰面而形成的烫金层或烫银层。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的踢脚线，其特征在于：所述踢脚线的材料为实木材料。
