Abstract
本实用新型提出的是太阳能增温沼气发生装置。在发酵池上口设有发酵池沿,在发酵池一侧上部设有出气管安装孔,在发酵池沿上部盖有透明盖,透明盖通过密封卡和密封卡松紧螺栓与发酵池沿紧固连接,在透明盖上设有搅拌器安装孔和加料出料管安装口。由于将沼气池制造成为发酵池,并在发酵池上加设透明盖,利用透明盖接收太阳光,提高沼气发酵原料的温度,提高产气率。该装置体积小、制造成本低,且便于制造与使用。适宜制取沼气燃料应用。

技术领域
本实用新型提出的生物能源领域用于产生沼气燃料的一种太阳能增温沼气发生装置。
背景技术
在本实用新型提出以前,用于产生沼气的沼气池通常建造在地下,由于地下温度较低,难以完全满足沼气原料的厌氧菌发酵而正常产气,因此,达不到最佳的温度状态,尤其是北方的冬季时期,更难以满足产生沼气的温度条件,所以,不能够正常使用。
发明内容
为了满足沼气发生装置的温度条件,本实用新型提供了太阳能增温沼气发生装置。该装置通过在沼气发生装置上加盖透明盖,解决太阳光直接照射沼气装置内部,而加热沼气发酵原料,提高产气率的技术问题,
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是:在发酵池上口设有发酵池沿,在发酵池一侧上部设有出气管安装孔,在发酵池沿上部盖有透明盖,透明盖通过密封卡和密封卡松紧螺栓与发酵池沿紧固连接,在透明盖上设有搅拌器安装孔和加料出料管安装口。
积极效果,由于将沼气池制造成为发酵池,并在发酵池上加设透明盖,利用透明盖接收太阳光,提高沼气发酵原料的温度,提高产气率。该装置体积小、制造成本低,且便于制造与使用。特别适合北方寒冷地区冬季产生沼气应用。

具体实施方式
据图1所示,在发酵池1上口设有发酵池沿1.1,在发酵池一侧上部设有出气管安装孔5,在发酵池沿上部盖有透明盖2,透明盖通过密封卡3和密封卡松紧螺栓3.1与发酵池沿紧固连接,在透明盖上设有搅拌器安装孔4和加料出料管安装口6。
搅拌器安装孔用于安装搅拌器。
出气管安装孔用于安装沼气出气管。
加料出料安装口用于安装加料出料管,而加料出料管不但用于发酵料的加料或出料,也用于调整沼气压力。
发酵池上口为圆形或矩形。
所述的发酵池采用水泥混凝土浇筑成形,也可采用玻璃钢手糊成形。
所述透明盖为单层或双层真空腔平面透明体,凸透镜透明体,菲涅尔透镜透明体。
在透明盖与发酵池沿之间可垫入胶垫,或者涂抹密封胶,解决发酵池与透明盖之间的密封问题。
本实用新型可以通过打开透明盖进行沼气发酵料的加料或出料以及清理,也可通过加料出料管进行。
本实用新型的沼气发生装置使用时,将发酵原料直接加入到发酵池或通过加料出料管中,然后盖上透明盖,在透明盖与发酵池沿之间通过密封卡环周卡固,使发酵池与透明盖密封,防止漏气。
太阳光直接照射在沼气发酵原料上,使发酵池内的温度升高,为沼气发生厌氧菌提供适宜的温度条件,以此提高产气效率,缩小容器体积,降低成本,特别适合北方地区冬季产生沼气应用。

1.太阳能增温沼气发生装置,其特征是:在发酵池(1)上口设有发酵池沿(1.1),在发酵池一侧上部设有出气管安装孔(5),在发酵池沿上部盖有透明盖(2),透明盖通过密封卡(3)和密封卡松紧螺栓(3.1)与发酵池沿紧固连接,在透明盖上设有搅拌器安装孔(4)和加料出料管安装口(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能加热沼气发生装置,其特征是:所述透明盖为单层或双层真空腔平面透明体,凸透镜透明体,菲涅尔透镜透明体。
