Abstract

新型太阳能沼气罐,属沼气发生装置技术领域。其目的是提供一种密封性能好、发酵快、产量大,且结构简单,操作、使用方便的新型太阳能沼气罐。其技术要点是:罐体由上、下两个半球(3、6)通过法兰(5)连接构成为球状;罐体的下半球中心点外部两侧设有与设置在轴座(8)上的推扒轴承(10)活动配合安装的轴兰(7)。不仅气密性好,不渗水、不漏气、耐腐蚀、耐老化,而且能够使球罐在自然风力的作用下处于摇动状态,使球罐内的发酵液得到充分的搅拌发酵;同时,能将太阳能的光热转换辐射到球罐内,使球罐内的发酵液获得较高的沼气发酵温度,在较短的时间内,获得产量较大的沼气,且无需人工搅拌或设置其它的搅拌机构。

本发实用新型及一种新型太阳能沼气罐,属沼气发生装置技术领域。
背景技术
众所周知,沼气是一种生物发酵气化的可燃气体,是可再生的新能源。作为一种清洁能源,我国把发展农村沼气作为实现农村可持续发展,改善农村人居环境和实现农业增效的一项重要举措。沼气的适宜制取温度在10℃-60℃之间。一般而言,在此温度之间,温度越高,沼气产量越大,如果低于或高于此温度,沼气发酵都不能很好地工作。以往,都是采用在地下建造混凝土沼气池的方法来获取沼气。但是,在地下建造混凝土沼气池施工周期长,质量难以得到保证,漏气、漏水等现象经常发生,冬天气温低时,更是难以正常产气。针对地下沼气池的缺点,目前有的厂家已研发出把沼气罐修建到地面上,利用太阳的直射,给罐内增加温度的太阳能沼气罐。其虽然较好的解决了地下沼气池的缺点,但是,由于其沼气罐是固定修建在地面上的,故罐体内的发酵溶液表面由于生物质掺杂物的集结而易形成参集膜,该参集膜阻挡了沼气的排放,使其在使用过程中需进行多次的搅拌工序,从而存在操作上和使用上的不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种密封性能好、发酵快、产量大,且结构简单,操作、使用方便的新型太阳能沼气罐。
其技术方案是:一种新型太阳能沼气罐,包括罐体、进料口、出料口和出气管,其特征在于:罐体由上、下两个半球通过法兰连接构成为球状;罐体的下半球中心点外部两侧设有与设置在轴座上的推扒轴承活动配合安装的轴兰(7)。
上述罐体的上半球由太阳能级多晶硅吸光集热玻璃钢复合材料制成。
其技术效果是:由于采用由上、下两个半球结合构成的球状罐体和将球状罐体活动安装固定在轴座上的结构,其不仅气密性好,不渗水、不漏气、耐腐蚀、耐老化,而且只要自然风力轻轻吹动一下,就能够使球罐长时间的处于自然摇动状态,犹如搅拌一样,使球罐内的发酵液得到充分的搅拌发酵;同时,罐体的上半球采用由太阳能级多晶硅吸光集热玻璃钢复合材料制成,使其成为吸收太阳能光热的转换装置,并将太阳能的光热转换辐射到球罐内,使球罐内的发酵液获得较高的沼气发酵温度,从而可以在较短的时间内,获得产量较大的沼气,且无需人工搅拌或设置其它的搅拌机构,省力、省事;另外,本太阳能沼气罐结构简单,操作、使用方便。
